95% of the information she says now was publicly available(from "official" sources like clinicaltrials.gov) in the march of 2020. I know because I read it back then, and after ~20 minutes of research it was obvious to me that the whole thing is a scam. And I'm literally just a poor, dirty peasant from Eastern Europe with a cheap internet access and some basic English.
The information was available. We knew better. She failed the intelligence test, but she gave it to her kids. She is not a sociopath or a psychopath, but she was a useful idiot for Big Pharma and Big Government, because her medical degree and her trust that the FDA, CDC, and AMA could not be that evil kept her from asking questions and looking for answers, especially about the legal and financial questions of immunity and countermeasures. She continued to recommend the products even as they mandated those products that were proven to reduce transmission in violation of the Nuremberg code. She drank the Kool-Aid. She didn’t care about the Truckers alone in their trucks being forced to get the dangerous shots. She didn’t listen to Senator Ron Johnson or consider the plight of Maddie De Garay. She didn’t question the mainstream media.
How should she be punished? I would recommend that she should be fined a 2x multiple of all the vaccine-kickbacks she received and perhaps a 15% holdback of all future income to be payable 80% to the vaccine-injured and 20% to the persecuted truth-tellers. She also should be required to take an 18-hour class (3 days of 6 hours each) about ethics, business, medical hubris, and all of the signs she missed and when that information was available, and she should have to help teach that class 3 times. The class costs 1% of average earnings from 2020-2023.
For those who don’t admit fault before the day of reckoning, I would recommend a multiple of 3x their vaccine-kickbacks and 30% of their future income as well as a 80-hour class that explains statins, artificial sweeteners, Turtles All the Way Down, Gates, Fauci, and VAERS into addition to propaganda, ethics, conflict of interests, how to spot bad scientific studies, and the business models of Fauci and big Pharma. I would reserve a sentence of jail time after a fair trial for doctors who denied antibiotics and administered Remdesivir, ventilators, and sedatives that were counter-indicated, resulting in unnecessary patient death. Jail time might also appropriate after trials for politicians and executives (of hospitals and pharmacies) who denied the use of hydro chloroquine and ivermectin as well as for college and business leaders who imposed vaccine mandates. Anyone who recommended vaccine mandated for the military should also face a trial with the possibility of being jailed. Scientists who published junk studies to make effective drugs look bad should also face trials with the possibility of jail time.
However I think you should consider the implications of the events of the last few years more deeply. This level of dishonesty among the ruling class (politicians, bankers) and the priestly class (scientists) is not a problem that can be solved legally anymore. Of course rulers were always corrupt throughout history, I have no illusion about it.
When the rulers become completely disconnected from the interests of the ruled (more like actively despise them like today), and do not understand that their well being is dependent on each other, there comes a terminal crisis of responsibility and legitimacy.
No amount of fines and legal action will solve it, and prevent future repetition.
I like how much you've thought about this and how much research you've clearly done. Honestly, there is no retribution. The fines charged to people like this, never do the injured any good. Sounds like she has a conscience, no matter how late she is to the table. I never heard of her either. I’m not sure what she’s done really other than what people are saying here.
Not here to judge anyone or their comments but I will say she seems to be really worried and stressed to the core.
