Q & A: What was the BIGGEST Big Pharma Scam before the mRNA Vaccines?
Is there a BIGGER SCAM in Big Pharma compared to the mRNA vaccines? Why is Dementia called Type 3 Diabetes?
Many have been fooled by the mRNA vaccines and waking up to Big Pharma Scams in the last two years.
But do you know before the mRNA vaccines, there was also a SCAM that fooled the world for almost 50 years? This scam created many of the health issues that people face today, ranging from diabetes, heart diseases, and obesity to even brain diseases like Parkinson's/Dementia/Alzheimers.
In this article, I will explain this SCAM and what you can do about it.
What you need to understand, first and foremost, is a natural hormone called INSULIN and what INSULIN does in your body. So let me explain what INSULIN is (in straightforward terms).
Our body gets energy from three different food sources, carbohydrates (bread, rice, sugar etc.), protein (meat, fish etc.) and fat (butter, oil etc.).
When you consume carbohydrates, your body breaks them down into sugar (they call it glucose, but let's ignore technical terms).
The sugar goes into your bloodstream because that's how it gets transported to EVERY cell in your body, giving energy to the cells.
However, before the sugar enters your cells, the cells open the door to let sugar in. This is where insulin comes in. Insulin is the hormone that opens the door.
Imagine a butler opening the door to your home. Whenever he sees SUGAR, he opens the door to allow SUGAR to walk into your cells.
Here is the PROBLEM.
When you wake up in the morning and drink a glass of orange juice, Mr Insulin wakes up to open the door to let sugar walk into the cells. He works for 4 to 6 hours just for a glass of orange juice! That's right, that's because sugar gets digested and transported to your whole body, and it takes some time to do that.
Then, just as Mr Insulin is about to rest, you have lunch. Maybe just a sandwich (bread). Mr Insulin goes back to work again for 4 to 6 hours! Now, you have a coffee break and put a cube of sugar and/or milk in your coffee. Mr Insulin goes to work again for another 4 to 6 hours. Then you go home and have your dinner. Then, Mr Insulin goes to work again! Mr Insulin doesn't rest the whole day; he works from when you have your morning juice to your midnight snack. After your midnight snack, Mr Insulin works for another 4-6 hours. And then, the day repeats.
Multiply that over 20 years, Mr Insulin is tired and angry. He doesn't want to work anymore. This is when you get high blood sugar because he's not waking up to open the doors, and now sugar accumulates in your blood, thickening your blood. When your blood thickens, it starts breaking up little veins (called capillaries) in your eyes, kidneys, toes and fingers.
This, my friends, is a disease called Type 2 Diabetes. That is why Diabetic patients lose their fingers, get blind and have kidney failures. This is the SAME reason people develop brain diseases like dementia because Mr Insulin doesn't open up the doors to allow sugar to get into the brain cells, and the brain cells start dying. That is why Alzheimer's is also known as Type 3 Diabetes.
Just for completeness, Type 1 Diabetes is a different problem altogether, caused by genetics. People with Type 1 Diabetes are unable to produce insulin naturally. Thus, they must carry an insulin injection with them all the time.
So what's the cure?
Once you understand the mechanism behind insulin, all you need to understand is this. It would help if you occasionally let Mr Insulin go on a vacation for a couple of weeks to recharge himself and start working normally again.
How do you do that?
There are two things that you can do.
Intermittent Fasting. Stop eating for at least 16 hours. After 4-6 hours, Mr Insulin goes home for a rest.
Ketogenic diet/Low Carb diet. Understand this, Mr Insulin only wakes up to work for carbohydrates. When you consume FAT, Mr Insulin doesn't need to work. FAT enters your cells through a special back door that requires no insulin.
That is why a Fasting + Low Carb diet fixes a lot of diseases ranging from diabetes, obesity, heart diseases and even brain diseases.
So, let me get back to the original question of this article.
What was the biggest SCAM before the mRNA vaccines?
It is the Food Pyramid promoted by the FDA since the 1970s. It was based on a fake study done by Dr Ancel Keys (he was the Fauci of that era).
When you reverse the food pyramid, you get a Ketogenic diet or Low - Carb diet that allows Mr Insulin to get his vacation!
Finally, you must also understand that reversing the food pyramid and practising intermittent fasting is NOT as EASY as it sounds. This is because your body has adapted to the wrong energy source for DECADES.
It took me 6-8 weeks to re-train my body to adapt to the new food pyramid, and I will share with you what I learnt in a future article!

One more note-I read a book called "The Five Bite" diet a whiie back and it is probably the best diet book I have ever read. It sounds crazy, but if you eat a set amount of bites at each meal, it resets your hunger stat. Does not matter what you eat. He has overweight people do two meals of anything, five bites each meal, like a gastro bypass patient. If you don't have a weight problem, but want to keep insulin low and hunger low, pick maybe ten bites three times a day and you won't be able to eat more after a week. It is the only thing that works I have ever tried, unless you want to eat a lot more, then I agree, low carb is the only way (with maybe weekly refeeds.)
