If anything is to be learnt from the last few years, is that everyone should examine the basic data critically themselves. and this goes for all the myriads of commentators of all shades, as well as pharma news reports and publications in the journals. Some (present company excepted) have made a lot of money, like Dark Horse for example, out of their substacks and podcasts and need to keep up their 'brand' for commercial reasons.
