Great links. My one caveat is that looking at the vast swath of history before and after, the original Nuremberg Code is not worth the paper it is written on. Otherwise, it would have been applied to Unit 731 here in Japan, and elsewhere. It was a just a highly selective show-trial of victor's justice. 4 years now of compelling evidence of a cull, the propaganda still going, and to my knowledge, not a single politician, corporate executive, or member of a three letter agency has been jailed or even fined for crimes against humanity.
