Those clowns have already failed *twice*. The originally announced goal was to jab at least 40% of every country by the end of 2021. Then the next goalpost was to get at least 60% in every country jabbed by mid-2022, if I recall. Needless to say, none of these goals were met, despite surreal amounts of money involved.
