The 'shocking' rate of fetal complications, deaths, and declining fertility rate/increased early miscarriages - is likely due to the anti-cholinergic effects of the jab version chimeric spike. We can not implant a conceived ovum properly without nAChR function and the fetus won't develop normally without it later either.

If excessive menstrual bleeding is a symptom for women post jab era, then they likely need some low dose nicotine lozenges or patch. About 10 mg or half a pack a day worth seems to be enough to help.
