Please pardon my title!
U-Turn season is almost over, and we are moving to Lawsuits season. As I said late last year, doctors, politicians, and experts have a small window of opportunity to make a U-Turn because evidence of harm is piling up and is continuing to pile up. The elephant in the room is growing into a matured African Elephant or maybe even a baby T-Rex.
The most significant case to watch is Brook Jackson’s case vs Pfizer. Brook’s attorney Robert Barnes, who has won several high-profile trials, gives his update in a 35 minutes clip here. But if you prefer a shorter version, read on.
For those unfamiliar, Brook Jackson is an employee working for Pfizer’s contractor (Ventavia) for the COVID mRNA clinical trials. Pfizer and governments worldwide used the same clinical trial to push vaccine mandates claiming them to be “safe and effective”. Unfortunately, Brook found many issues with the clinical trials (i.e. fudging data, breaking protocols etc.), which voids the “safe and effective” claim. In short, the whole world was fooled by Pfizer’s 95% safe and effective claim.
Pfizer desperately wants to stop the case from going into “Discovery” because that’s the part of the process where they need to show all their cards.
How Pharma "pushes the boundaries".
Pharma is a highly regulated industry. One of my mentors used to tell me the trick to being an excellent marketer in Pharma is to understand regulations well so you can push the boundaries and achieve more profits!
Let me share some examples. As a Pharma Marketeer, three internal departments keep us "marketers" in check.
These are the Legal, Compliance and Medical departments. Every time we do a new marketing campaign, we must get "approvals" from these three departments.
Legal
The Legal colleagues are responsible for ensuring our Marketing campaigns do not break local regulations. For example, we cannot communicate directly with patients in many countries. We cannot keep records of patients' data (unless it is a clinical trial, but I am talking from a sales and marketing perspective). This is why you never see loyalty programs managed by Pfizer (i.e. "take five vaccines and get the 6th free!").
But in certain countries, we work with “corrupt” doctors, clinics and hospitals to implement "loyalty programs", so the doctors manage the patients instead of us (Big Pharma). This is how we push boundaries and skirt around regulations.
Compliance
The Compliance colleagues ensure we adhere to ethical processes while running a marketing campaign. For example:
When purchasing gifts for doctors, we must adhere to local "guidelines" or "cultures" that no gifts should be above a specific dollar value. The type of gifts should be "decent" (i.e. no tickets to strip shows)
If we bring doctors to restaurants, they should be in "approved" restaurants.
If we send doctors overseas, they are only allowed business class flights if it is above X number of hours.
Ways to push the boundaries would be to invite doctors to educational conferences or drug launches where we get celebrities to host the events and invite some political figures like the Health Minister. There's no dollar value involved, but many doctors get excited when meeting "well-known" figures and giving them these experiences will guarantee good drug sales!
Medical
The Medical Colleagues are responsible for ensuring the "medical claims" we make are accurate and based on internal or external studies. A good example is Pfizer's mRNA vaccine claim that it is 95% effective. It is just a play with language.
As you can see in the example below, 21,724 patients were vaccinated and 21,724 on placebo(unvaccinated).
8 out of 21,724 vaccinated patients got infected, and 160 out of 21724 unvaccinated patients got infected.
So Pfizer claims it is 95% effective (they prevented 152 out of 160 infections). But in reality, there were 43,448 patients, and the effectiveness in terms of absolute risk was only 0.76%.
They used "relative risk reduction" instead of "absolute risk reduction" in the marketing claims. It is accurate, but "pushing the boundaries".
An incoming Tsunami of Lawsuits!
But hold up; Brook Jackson’s case is not the only lawsuit coming up. There is a whole TSUNAMI of cases coming in all directions, and not only is Pfizer screwed but every organization and individual who participated in this horrific lie in the last 2+ years that caused countless deaths, side effects, people losing of jobs and livelihoods etc.
We are going to see the following:
Lawsuits against public and private organizations that mandated vaccines on their staff
Lawsuits against public and private academic institutions that mandated vaccines on students
Lawsuits against medical boards that took away the licenses of dissenting doctors
Lawsuits against media and the big tech who pushed a false narrative and censored truths
Vaccine injury class action lawsuits worldwide against Pfizer, Moderna, and governments.
Lawsuits against hospitals that denied early treatments and "maybe" even killed off many patients
I don't see these lawsuits going away quickly because we are talking about murder here (deliberate or not). According to Denis Rancourt's pre-print paper, an estimated 13 million people have died from the Covid vaccines, and we can deduce that millions more have been disabled. So this is not some simple crime that will go away. On top of that, approximately 9 million have died from Fauci's Gain of Function Covid Virus.
Passing the Hot Potato
We see the rats blaming each other and passing the hot potato around. Then, as the lawsuits start piling up, the words “We now know…” will be heard repeatedly because suddenly these people realize their only defence is to say they merely acted on “data”, and only now, they are seeing evidence of harm. Here is an example from Germany’s widely distributed magazine “Speigel” claiming the “We now know” defence.
But don’t forget just a little over a year ago, they called Anti-Vaxxers a federation of Imbeciles.
Here you can see Australian Ex-PM Scott Morrison coming on TV this week claiming he never mandated anything but it was the individual state who went down *that* path.
Here you can see Dr Robert Redfield (Previous CDC Director and Rochelle Walensky’s predecessor) throwing Fauci under the bus because Fauci wanted a “single narrative”.
And here’s Fauci coming on TV the next day to claim innocence.
What a shit show!!
But let’s end with a feel-good clip.
Prof Sucharit Bhakdi is a legend in this fight. He made no U-Turns and was against the mRNA experiment from Day 1! He saved many lives!
He received a well-deserved standing ovation this week and appeared emotional there. It’s happy tears seeing the immense acknowledgment, and I share his happiness and wish him well. This month, he has a court hearing as the German authorities are suing him and taking away his livelihood for his “anti-vax” stance.
Signing off for now,

Dr. Bhakti saved my life too. Literally, if I had not seen his earliest video, I may have fallen to being jabbed. His eyes said it all, his words backed it up. Medicine had truly gone to evil, but for a few brave doctors who spoke up.
Thanks A17, again another down to earth and concise summary, with humour. Learning more about the industry with every article. Hoping like hell that your predictions for the big turnaround happen.
