Remember when Singapore was going to be the gleaming hub of the “mRNA revolution” in Asia? Yeah, that dream just got quietly euthanised.

BioNTech, the same German outfit that partnered with Pfizer to push the experimental genetic shots we were all forced to take, has announced it is shutting down its flagship Singapore vaccine production plant by early 2027.

This was their biggest mRNA manufacturing bet in Asia. Acquired in 2022 from Novartis in Tuas Biomedical Park, it was supposed to be their Asia-Pacific regional headquarters. Fully built-out, state-of-the-art, ready to churn out several hundred million doses of mRNA vaccines per year.

They hyped it hard. Singapore’s Economic Development Board cheered. Jobs were promised. The future was bright. The jab was going to “save the world” and make them billions.

Fast forward four years.

The plant is being closed.
The workers are being shown the door.
The reason? Massive, catastrophic collapse in COVID-19 vaccine sales.

No more boosters. No more demand. Lots of damaged heart. 300% increase in ALS Drug sales on a post vaccinated population. The public finally got the message that the “Safe and Effective™” miracle was nothing but a snake oil scam.

And just in case you thought this was some isolated Singapore problem… think again.

This week, Pfizer and BioNTech quietly halted a massive U.S. clinical trial for their updated COVID-19 vaccine targeting healthy adults aged 50 to 64. The study, which aimed to recruit 25,000 to 30,000 participants, was shut down because they simply couldn’t get enough people to sign up.

Recruitment struggles? That’s putting it mildly. Over 80% of people who showed even slight interest failed pre-screening. The companies admitted they couldn’t generate the “relevant post-marketing data” they needed. No safety issues, they claim, just nobody showing up for another round of the jab even if you’re paying them.

This isn’t some small side study. It was meant to support approval and recommendations for a huge chunk of the adult population. Now? No data for the upcoming FDA advisory meeting. No clear path forward for this age group. The mRNA machine is literally running out of willing guinea pigs.

Singapore, the same country that ranked #1 in the world for excess deaths while boasting 92%+ vaccination rates, now watches another pillar of the mRNA fantasy quietly fold.

He compared his situation to that of former President Joe Biden, who had revealed a similar advanced prostate cancer around the same time. Adams was blunt: the cancer was terminal. For the first part of my life, I was focused on making myself a worthy husband and parent, as a way to find meaning. That worked. But marriages don’t always last forever, and mine eventually ended, in a highly amicable way. I’m grateful for those years and for the people I came to call my family.

Once the marriage unwound, I needed a new focus. A new meaning. And so I donated myself to “the world,” literally speaking the words out loud in my otherwise silent home. From that point on, I looked for ways I could add the most to people’s lives, one way or another.

That marked the start of my evolution from Dilbert cartoonist to an author of—what I hoped would be—useful books. By then, I believed I had amassed enough life lessons that I could start passing them on. I continued making Dilbert comics, of course.

As luck would have it, I’m a good writer. My first book in the “useful” genre was How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big. That book turned out to be a huge success, often imitated, and influencing a wide variety of people. I still hear every day how much that book changed lives. My plan to be useful was working.

I followed up with my book Win Bigly, that trained an army of citizens how to be more persuasive, which they correctly saw as a minor super power. I know that book changed lives because I hear it often.

You’ll probably never know the impact the book had on the world, but I know, and it pleases me while giving me a sense of meaning that is impossible to describe.

My next book, Loserthink, tried to teach people how to think better, especially if they were displaying their thinking on social media. That one didn’t put much of a dent in the universe, but I tried.

Finally, my book Reframe Your Brain taught readers how to program their own thoughts to make their personal and professional lives better. I was surprised and delighted at how much positive impact that book is having.

I also started podcasting a live show called Coffee With Scott Adams, dedicated to helping people think about the world, and their lives, in a more productive way. I didn’t plan it this way, but it ended up helping lots of lonely people find a community that made them feel less lonely.

Again, that had great meaning for me.

His ex-wife, Shelly Miles, shared the news of his death during a livestream on his channel. The man who once drew Dilbert’s quiet rebellion against corporate nonsense left the world after a very public, very human struggle.

Prostate cancer begins in the small walnut-sized gland below a man’s bladder that helps make semen. In most cases, it grows slowly. Many men live with it for years without knowing. Doctors spot it early through blood tests for PSA or physical exams. Caught soon, surgery or radiation often cures it.

When it spreads, metastatic, as in Adams’s case, it heads to bones, causing severe pain, fractures, and weakness. Treatment then focuses on slowing it, easing suffering, and buying time. Hormone therapy is the cornerstone for many.

I don’t want to talk too deeply about COVID vaccination after Scott’s death, but I know many of you are as curious as I am, so let me share a little bit about the drug he probably took for prostate cancer. We all know he took COVID vaccines, he spoke at length about it and made a “semi” U-Turn in 2023 (before his cancer diagnosis) which you can see below.

Let’s examine Leuprolide Drug Sales.

Leuprolide is one of the most widely used drugs for prostate cancer and I suspect it is what Scott Adams took. It’s a shot given every month or few months. In simple terms, prostate cancer cells act like addicts to testosterone, the main male hormone. Feed them testosterone, and they grow faster. Lupron (the Brand name for Leuprolide) tricks the body into shutting down testosterone production in the testicles. The cancer starves, tumors often shrink, pain lessens, and progression slows.

It is an old drug, first approved in the 1980s and rooted in discoveries from the 1970s. Decades on the market have made its benefits and limits well known to doctors and patients alike; year after year, prices creep up only in small increments, a predictable drift rather than the sharp jumps seen with newer medicines.

As I explained in my previous articles, I use Singapore drug sales data as an analog to track disease trends because of its “clean” nature. Its tiny, tightly controlled market leaves little room for generics to enter, delivering undistorted sales data that reveal real usage shifts over time. There is no generic leuprolide on the market. What you see is what patients are actually getting. It is also the country that used the earliest, and probably the most DNA/SV40 contaminated batches of Pfizer COVID vaccines, which is now suspected to cause hyper-progressive cancer.

And the majority of the Singaporean population has taken at least three doses of Pfizer COVID Vaccines because of extreme government coercion. Singapore’s Health Minister Mr Ong Ye Kung, in August 2021 boasted that Singapore ‘might well be the most vaccinated country in the world’.

Here is the sales of Lupron (in doses) for Singapore from 2015-2025. If you simply eyeball it, you can see steady small increases in pre-covid years from 2015 to 2019 and after the population was subjected to the experimental therapy, the drug usage became more volatile.

I dumped the raw data into Grok for analysis and here is the conclusion. It says 2021 is the key inflection point for acceleration. One has to wonder what happened in 2021.

There is clear acceleration in the upward trend after 2020 (starting in 2021), as evidenced by higher YoY growth rates (from ~6% in 2020 to 13–18% afterward) and a more than doubled linear slope (from ~206 pre-2020 to ~502 post-2020). The trend does not accelerate markedly further after 2021 (post-2021 slope is only ~9% higher than post-2020), though growth rates do climb progressively into 2024.

Between 2020 and 2021, the more profound shift occurs in 2021: 2020 represents a deceleration (growth halving from prior years), while 2021 marks the rebound and initiation of sustained higher growth. This makes 2021 the key inflection point for acceleration.

Anyway, Scott Adams tried everything he could, alternative protocols first, then the standard hormone blockade that briefly lifted the fog of pain, then the experimental infusions delivered only after presidential intervention. None of it held back the tide. In the end, metastatic prostate cancer proved as merciless.

For the laughter he gave us when the world felt heaviest, we owe him a quiet, lasting thanks.

What started as a quiet January 3, 2026, publication exploded after the journal’s site was hit by a reported cyberattack, taking it offline. The attempted blackout backfired. Instead of burying the findings, the cyberattack turned them into a global news event.

People shared links, PDFs, and discussions everywhere. The more the journal struggled to stay online amid the cyberattack, the louder the story became. This must be causing real unease in Big Pharma and vaccine industry circles. Meanwhile, the smearing campaign against Dr. Wafik El-Deiry, one of the paper’s authors, continues unabated.

Dr. Wafik El-Deiry, addressed the backlash head-on. He described the personal attacks he faces for putting the work out there. “This is the type of ongoing public defamation I am being subjected to for pursuing scientific truth,” he wrote. He listed the slurs: “scientifically illiterate,” “pathetic whiny wuss,” even racial attacks and false fraud claims.

He added, “It should not be OK with anyone in a civilized society to falsely publicly and maliciously attack a physician and biomedical researcher who worked with a colleague to present the world’s published literature in a review on Covid infection, Covid vaccines, and cancer.”

Pfizer attempts to hire Dr Wafik El-Deiry

The situation grows stranger. Days after the paper was published, Pfizer reached out to recruit El-Deiry. A headhunter praised his expertise in oncologic sciences, highlighted his leadership roles, and floated senior positions at the company. El-Deiry shared the full message publicly and rejected it outright: “It is ironic to get a message from a Pfizer recruiter on January 5, 2026. However, I am not interested in moving to a role at Pfizer.”

Meanwhile, he has been vocal about the need for thorough investigations into vaccine safety signals, issues like potential DNA integration, immune suppression, and cancer risks, that, if substantiated, could provide grounds to reconsider or even revoke emergency approvals.

Here is a company whose flagship product now faces these exact questions, quietly trying to bring one of its most prominent critic into its fold. One has to wonder: is this coincidence, or an attempt to neutralize scrutiny from the inside? The timing raises more questions than it answers.

As someone who worked in Big Pharma, I have no doubt that attempts like this involve heated discussions behind closed doors at the very highest levels. You don’t just reach out to hire a vocal critic of your company or its products without sign-off from top executives, board members, and even legal teams. It’s a massive risk that could backfire, reputational damage, bad press, or more skepticism about your vaccines. If the critic turns it down publicly, as El-Deiry did, it shines an even brighter spotlight on the issues, turning a quiet pitch into a PR nightmare. In my experience, these moves are calculated strategies to bring in or neutralize Key Opinion Leaders who sway medical opinions and prescribing habits.

What is a Key Opinion Leader?

For those new to the Pharma business, let me break it down simply. A Key Opinion Leader, or KOL, is a respected doctor, researcher, or expert whose views carry real weight in the medical community. They influence treatment guidelines, speak at conferences, publish papers, and guide other physicians on what drugs to use.

Pharma companies target KOLs because their endorsements can boost sales, shape regulations, and build trust in products. But it’s not just about hiring them outright, it’s about building relationships through consulting gigs, research funding, advisory boards, or even job offers to align their influence with the company’s goals.

To make this work, Pharma doesn’t leave anything to chance. Every doctor with the potential to prescribe medications, run trials, or bring in business is profiled in detail using advanced IT systems and databases. These aren’t basic Rolodexes; they’re sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) tools that track everything about a physician’s professional and sometimes personal life. This includes hospital affiliations, specialty networks, speaking engagements, publication history, grant sources, and even social connections.

Take a look at the attached chart from one such Pharma IT application, it’s a real example of a “Sphere of Influence” map, the ones used in Veeva CRM (a leading tool for pharmaceutical sales and marketing teams).

Here, the doctor named Clinton Ackerman is shown at the center (not a real doctor, just a sample name and profile used for illustration, but the app interface and features are genuine). The map visually lays out his professional network: red arrows indicate directional influence (like “Has influence” over others), while lines connect him to affiliated colleagues, clinics, and roles. For instance, it shows links to Marilyn Adams (marked as having influence over him, with her role as Medical Director at “A Center For Dermatology”), Jason Williams, Alan Slade, and places like Hilltop Plaza. The system tracks details such as roles, affiliations, and custom notes, all to help sales reps figure out who to approach first to sway prescribing decisions.

This kind of graphical tool is standard in Big Pharma CRM systems, pulling data from real doctor profiles to build influence networks. Why? To get a doctor to prescribe your drug, say, a new cancer treatment or vaccine, you need to understand how to sway them. Some are direct: offer data, samples, or education. Others resist, so you go indirect. if the map shows someone like Marilyn Adams influences Ackerman, you court her first, invite her to a dinner, fund her research, or get her on a speaker panel. She then nudges him toward your product.

In El-Deiry’s case, as a prominent oncologist questioning vaccine safety, recruiting him could flip his influence from critic to ally, quieting debates or redirecting focus. But as we’re seeing, when it goes public, it exposes the whole playbook.

So, what might El-Deiry be turning down by rejecting Pfizer’s overture?

As a former Big Pharma insider, I can make an educated guess based on how these recruitment plays unfold for high-profile experts like him, an accomplished oncologist with decades in research, leadership at Brown University, and a track record of challenging industry narratives. Pfizer isn’t just offering a job; it’s dangling a package designed to integrate him into their ecosystem, potentially silencing or redirecting his voice on sensitive topics like vaccine safety signals.

Given his expertise in cancer biology, translational research, and oncology risks tied to mRNA tech, this wouldn’t be mid-level. My bet is on a senior role in oncology, like Senior Vice President (SVP) of R&D Oncology (overseeing overall onco portfolio), or Vice President (VP) of Global Medical Affairs in Oncology (handling communications, KOL networks, post-market surveillance), or VP of Oncology Pipelines (advancing drugs from lab to clinic and shaping regulatory strategies). These align with Pfizer’s post-Seagen push into oncology.

Compensation is the big allure. Base salary for such an SVP or VP could run $500,000 to $800,000 annually (higher for a star recruit). Add bonuses (30-50% for hitting targets like trial milestones), and you’re at $650,000-$1.2 million. Equity (RSUs/options vesting over 3-4 years) often adds $1-2 million upfront, with more yearly, top R&D leaders have seen stock awards hit $4-5 million in strong years. Perks push the total to $1-2 million or more: relocation/housing allowances ($100,000+), executive transport (cars, chauffeurs, private jet access), top-tier health plans, and deferred compensation.

The catch is ironclad: an NDA locks down everything about Pfizer’s operations, data, and strategies, no more public critiques. Many academic doctors and scientists vocally support mRNA vaccines in order to catch the eye of Pfizer and other companies for potential recruitment into such lucrative industry roles. It’s like an American Idol audition where you hope one of the judges notices you. El-Deiry’s choice says a lot about prioritizing principles over the upgrade. In the end, his rejection keeps independence intact, but he’s walking away from a life-changing windfall and insider access. From Pharma’s view, it’s a missed chance to turn a thorn into an asset. For the rest of us, it’s a glimpse into how the system tries to absorb dissent.

These Oncotarget papers, especially the January 3, 2026, review by Charlotte Kuperwasser and Wafik El-Deiry documenting over 300 peer-reviewed cases of cancers linked to COVID vaccination or infection across 27 countries, have sparked intense debate.

Just days after these publications highlighted rapid-onset patterns (like lymphomas in 38% of cases) and potential biological mechanisms, the journal’s website faced a serious problem: nonstop cybercriminal DDoS attacks from late December 2025 into January 2026.

What is a DDoS attack, in simple terms?
Picture a busy online store with a few doors. Normally, real customers walk in one by one to browse and buy. Now imagine thousands of fake “customers”, actually thousands (or more) of hacked computers, phones, and devices secretly controlled by hackers, rushing the doors all at once. They clog everything up, block the real customers from entering, and make the store appear “closed” even though nothing inside is broken. The owner loses business, and users get frustrated. That’s a Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack: “distributed” because the flood comes from many sources worldwide (often a botnet of compromised devices), and “denial-of-service” because it denies legitimate access to the site. These attacks are relatively cheap to launch but can cause major headaches, lost time, and sometimes big costs to fix.

In Oncotarget’s case, the attacks flooded the servers with junk traffic, making the site extremely slow, unreliable, or completely inaccessible for many users over days or weeks. The journal reported this malicious activity to the FBI as cybercriminal behavior, and as of early January 2026, disruptions continued despite efforts to counter them. This meant people couldn’t easily view or download the controversial papers directly from the official site, they had to email the authors for PDFs instead.

The timing feels too coincidental to many observers: the attacks ramped up right after papers that challenge the established “safe and effective” narrative around mRNA vaccines by pointing to temporal links with aggressive cancers and possible ways the spike protein might interfere with tumor suppression. With trillions of dollars tied to global vaccine programs and public trust, critics argue this looks like deliberate sabotage, temporary censorship through disruption, to limit easy public access to uncomfortable evidence at a critical moment.

Whether it’s targeted interference, a random coincidence, or something else, the effect is real: it hinders open discussion of scientific findings that could affect health decisions for millions.

This incident ties into the larger controversy surrounding PubPeer, an online platform launched in 2012 as a public forum for commenting on already-published scientific papers. Think of it like a global, ongoing “journal club” or discussion board: anyone can enter a paper’s identifier (DOI or PubMed number) and post notes about potential issues, such as duplicated images in lab results, odd data patterns, or possible errors in figures or methods. The goal was to boost transparency in science by allowing continuous, open feedback beyond the traditional private peer review that happens before publication. Anonymity lets people raise concerns without fear of backlash from powerful institutions or researchers, and it has genuinely helped expose real problems, leading to corrections, retractions, or misconduct investigations in some cases.

However, anonymity has a dark side. Critics argue it can enable harassment or “mob attacks,” where groups pile on with endless minor nitpicks, like tiny formatting errors, old transposition mistakes (e.g., swapped numbers), or insignificant image tweaks, that don’t prove fraud or change the core science. These can overwhelm the target, damage reputations, and create the illusion of serious issues without evidence. The platform has moderation (commenters are supposed to stick to verifiable facts), but it’s far from perfect, some claim it’s been “weaponized” against certain scientists while seemingly protecting others.

For Dr. Wafik El-Deiry, this has become deeply personal. After his vaccine-related papers (including the 2024 one on spike DNA suppressing p53-related cancer defenses), he’s endured waves of anonymous PubPeer comments, over 80+ across his 360+ publications, often focusing on decades-old trivial details like gel band duplications or formatting slips. No fraud has been proven after 20+ months of scrutiny, and no retractions have resulted, yet the attacks persist relentlessly: 2-3 per hour on some Sundays, 15+ in a single day during holidays or even his heart surgery recovery. El-Deiry calls it “gish-galloping”, flooding someone with so many points it’s impossible to respond to everything, making silence look suspicious. He attributes this to a coordinated “mob,” including an image analyst with no oncology background, Elisabeth Bik, and has publicly called for FBI involvement while tagging groups like Science Guardians.

Science Guardians’ video exposé intensifies the scrutiny: they commissioned independent experts to review 17 of Elizabeth Bik’s older papers from her time at uBiome, the gut-testing startup she co-founded that imploded in 2019 after an FBI raid over alleged massive billing fraud. The review uncovered issues like biased or contaminated samples, undisclosed conflicts of interest, unreliable data, mixing human and animal results without proper checks, and overhyped claims without solid evidence (some papers read like promotional content).

When these critiques were submitted to PubPeer, they were censored or deleted within days (some vanished after just 10 days). This apparent double standard, attacks allowed on outsiders like El-Deiry but blocked on insiders like Bik, fuels accusations that the system protects its own while targeting those who challenge dominant narratives, such as vaccine safety.

A reported network of about 30 pseudonymous commenters (some tied to Bik) allegedly compiles nitpick “dossiers,” then amplifies them through blogs, media (with links to journalists at outlets like Science and Nature), and broader funding ecosystems (e.g., Arnold Ventures who supports research integrity initiatives). To many, this isn’t neutral oversight, it’s a double-edged tool: one blade exposes genuine fraud, the other inflicts targeted damage, especially when trillion-dollar pharma interests feel threatened by credible experts like El-Deiry.

In the end, PubPeer was designed to strengthen science through open critique, but events like the Oncotarget DDoS attacks and El-Deiry’s ongoing barrage highlight how it can be twisted into something that looks more like suppression or harassment. When powerful stakes are involved, even temporary barriers to information raise serious questions about transparency, free inquiry, and trust in the systems meant to protect public health.

Anyway, as the veil lifts on mRNA vaccine harms, I want to pause to honour my dear friend, the late Professor Gabriel Oon Chong Jin, a Cambridge-trained MD, founding president of Singapore’s Society of Oncology, pioneer in liver cancer research, warned me two years ago about Pfizer’s manufacturing lapses. As a WHO consultant and the founder of Singapore General Hospital’s Onco-Immunology department (ranked among the world’s top), his expertise was unmatched.

Yet, he endured defamation from Singapore’s Straits Times, especially health editor Salma Khalik, for raising concerns about mRNA vaccine harms.

In private messages, he shared reports of post-jab cancer acceleration, his voice steady amid the storm.

Passing away at the age of 86 in July 2025, he left behind a powerful legacy of truth-seeking, one that now resonates strongly in the bombshell papers by El-Deiry and Kuperwasser.

Professor Oon, thank you for your unwavering courage. Your warnings, once dismissed, now demand justice. We exchanged messages frequently right up until the very end, and I deeply miss our conversations. Someday, when this storm passes, I will share more about this remarkable and beautiful person.

But before we get into that, as usual, please indulge me with a quick rant!

A Quick Rant!

A friend in Singapore just sent me this heartbreaking story that came out yesterday on Channel NewsAsia.

It’s about Dr. Jessica Ee—a 34-year-old former model and dermatologist in Singapore. In August 2023, at age 32, she suffered a massive ischemic stroke that paralyzed the left side of her body, leaving her unable to move her left arm or leg, with her face drooping on one side. Just two months earlier, in June 2023, she’d had a warning transient ischemic attack (TIA, or “mini-stroke”) during dinner with friends, when she suddenly went mute for about 10 minutes—her mind racing but no words coming out—before recovering.

Doctors traced it to an undiagnosed patent foramen ovale (PFO), a small hole in the wall between the top two chambers of her heart that she was born with. This is common—about 1 in 4 adults has a PFO and never knows it, as it usually causes no issues—but in her case, it allowed a blood clot to slip from the right side of her heart (likely from the veins, such as the legs) across to the left side, bypassing the lungs’ natural filter and traveling straight to her brain, where it blocked a major artery in what’s known as a paradoxical embolism. The article doesn’t specify why the clot formed in the first place but simply blamed the hole in her heart. Again, 25% of the general population has this hole and most of them don’t get stroke.

Two years later, she’s still in intensive recovery: she walks only with great effort using a cane, her speech is slow and deliberate, and while she regained swallowing after about a month, basic independence like showering remains a daily challenge.

That said, I would never claim that Dr. Jessica Ee’s stroke was “definitely caused by the vaccine,” because strokes in the young are almost always multifactorial, and we will probably never know the exact weight of every trigger in her individual case (*cough* genetic *cough* vaccines).

However, during Singapore’s intense 2021 vaccination drive—when public skepticism was running high, including from everyday workers like Mr Cedric Lim who feared the experimental mRNA shots due to their untested risks but were coerced into getting jabbed just to keep their jobs and access basic necessities like grocery shopping, and from more outspoken figures like Ms Iris Koh who was loudly warning of “vaccine genocide” on her Telegram channel “Healing The Divide” and organising protests, and the government had just announced that unvaccinated people could no longer enter malls or dine in restaurants—Dr Jessica Ee went on Facebook to gloat, posting: “I am loving the meltdown of the anti-vaxxers.”

I take no pleasure in a 34-year-old woman spending her days re-learning how to swallow and walk. Watching her force a smile through slurred speech while clutching a cane breaks my heart just as it should break yours.

But that is exactly why this story must be seared into the conscience of every doctor who, in 2021, chose cruelty over compassion. As a doctor, your first oath is to the terrified mother clutching her healthy teenage son, the young nurse who just wants to keep her fertility, the father who watched his own brother die of a heart attack at 40, people who looked at a brand-new genetic mRNA shot and whispered, “I’m scared.”

When those human beings begged for pause, for answers, for even a shred of humility from the white-coat class, the very last thing they deserved was a physician mocking them on Facebook with “I am loving the meltdown of the anti-vaxxers.” That wasn’t medicine. That was cruelty dressed in arrogance.

Imagine laughing at their fear in 2021… and then, two years later, waking up at 32 unable to move half your body, unable to speak, unable to swallow, unable to hug your own mother because a clot slipped through a hole in your heart and stole everything in an instant. Imagine scrolling back to your own smug post while lying paralysed in a rehab ward, the laughter now echoing in your own skull like a scream you can’t get out. That is the price of trading empathy for applause.

Now, almost 5 years later, the FDA have declared has taken a step of historic proportions. For the first time since the vaccines were rolled out, the FDA has officially acknowledged that the mRNA injections caused the deaths of at least ten children among the 96 paediatric cases it examined in detail. At least 10 families lost a child after the COVID vaccines and imagine some doctors mocking them and was “loving the meltdown of antivaxxers”.

The admission is contained in an internal memorandum written by Vinay Prasad, M.D., M.P.H., who currently holds the position of Chief Medical and Scientific Officer (CMSO) at the FDA—a role that combines the agency’s highest medical and scientific leadership responsibilities. Dr Prasad simultaneously serves as Director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER), the division entrusted with regulatory oversight of all vaccines and biological products in the United States.

This is therefore not a junior official’s footnote or an informal comment; it is a formal statement from the individual occupying the two most senior scientific and medical positions responsible for vaccine safety within the FDA itself.

But before we get into that, let me show you the drug sales data for post-stroke patients in Singapore over the last 10 years.

Fractionated heparin — more commonly known as low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH), with brand names like enoxaparin (Clexane/Lovenox) or dalteparin (Fragmin) — has been on the market for over 30 years and is today the world’s most widely used blood thinner for preventing clots. It works like a smart, longer-acting version of old-fashioned heparin: it grabs onto a natural brake in your blood (antithrombin) and mainly stops one key clotting engine (factor Xa), so blood still flows but dangerous clots are much less likely to form in the legs or lungs. After a stroke, when patients can’t move much and are at high risk of these life-threatening clots, doctors give a simple once-a-day injection under the skin — no blood tests needed. In modern stroke units worldwide, about 55–65 % of all immobilized stroke patients receive fractionated heparin for this clot-prevention role (the rest get alternatives like fondaparinux, very low-dose DOACs, or — in a minority — old-style unfractionated heparin). Despite no big new medical reasons or guideline changes since 2023, we’ve seen a mysterious sharp rise in its use from late 2023 onward.

So while the headlines were screaming about “unexplained” surges in strokes and clotting in young, healthy people, the stroke wards were quietly started burning through fractionated heparin faster than at any point since the 2015… just to stop today’s stroke patients from throwing the next clot.

I find this quite concerning because the sharp rise in heparin use begins more than 30 months after most Singaporeans received their third COVID-19 vaccine dose. Very few studies have looked at strokes to vaccination after such a long delay — almost all reported cases occur within days to weeks of the shot. Interestingly, the same graph also shows smaller spikes (roughly 20–50 % increases) between Q1 2021 and Q1 2022, which do line up with the main vaccination and booster rollout periods.

The closest study I could find is a 2025 Japanese paper that examined brain tissue from 19 women who suffered or died from hemorrhagic strokes between 2023 and 2024.

Using special staining techniques, the researchers detected vaccine-derived spike protein inside the walls of cerebral blood vessels in 8 of these patients — in one case still present 17 months after her last mRNA shot, and in others at 11–12 months. None had active COVID-19 infection at the time, pointing to the vaccine (not the virus) as the source of the spike. Wherever the spike protein was found, the vessel walls showed inflammation and damage.

Anyway, that’s all for now. Here is the memo from the FDA acknowledging that at least 10 children out of the 96 analyzed died from the vaccines.

Dear Team CBER,

I am writing to report that OBPV career staff have found that at least 10 children have died after and because of receiving COVID-19 vaccination. These deaths are related to vaccination (likely/probable/possible attribution made by staff). That number is certainly an underestimate due to underreporting, and inherent bias in attribution. This safety signal has far reaching implications for Americans, the US pandemic response, and the agency itself, which I wish to discuss here. I also want to address some frequent objections.

Prior to joining the US FDA, the FDA Commissioner closely followed reports of vaccine-induced myocarditis. Unlike the COVID virus, which has a steep age gradient-- being at least 1000 times more likely to kill an 80 year old than an 8 year old-- myocarditis appeared to have the opposite pattern. Young, healthy boys and men-- those least likely to experience bad covid outcomes-- bore the greatest risk. The risk was as high as ~200-330 per million doses given in the highest risk demographic groups. Notably, the US FDA and CDC were not the first to recognize the safety signal-- instead the Israelis were-- and worse in May of 2021, then CDC director Rochelle Walensky stated, “We have not seen a signal and we’ve actually looked intentionally for the signal in the over 200 million doses we’ve given,” Many felt this statement was dishonest and manipulative.

The Commissioner, senior advisor Tracy Beth Hoeg MD PhD, myself and colleagues demonstrated that COVID-19 boosters, and the accompanying mandates by colleges, were on balance harmful to young men in a widely discussed, peer reviewed paper in 2022. Like many academic physicians, we felt the FDA and CDC abdicated their duty to the American people. These agencies did not quickly attempt mitigation strategies such as spacing doses apart, lowering doses, omitting doses among those with prior COVID-19.

Worse, the FDA delayed acknowledgement of the safety signal until after it could extend marketing authorization to younger boys 12-15. This is described by the Commissioner and I in JAMA. Had the acknowledgement come early, these younger boys, who likely did not require COVID-19 vaccination, may have chosen to avoid the products.

In the summer of 2025, Dr. Hoeg began investigating VAERS reports of children who had died after administration of the COVID-19 vaccine. By late summer, she had concluded that there were in fact deaths-- a fact this agency had never publicly admitted.

Dr. Hoeg organized a small meeting to discuss these deaths with OVRR and OBPV stakeholders. The slides she presented, emails she sent, and distorted firsthand reports was shared with media outlets. The general narrative was that OVRR staff disagreed with Dr. Hoeg’s assessment that the deaths were due to vaccine receipt. Some staff present who leaked portrayed the incident as Dr. Hoeg attempting to create a false fear regarding vaccines.

I then asked OBPV to perform a detailed analysis of deaths voluntarily reported to the VAERS system-- in full interest of balance. Causality is easy to assess in a randomized trial, but with case reports, causality is typically assessed on a subjective scale. In this scale ranging from certain to unlikely-- certain, possible/likely, and probable are broadly considered as related to the product.

The team has performed an initial analysis of 96 deaths between 2021 and 2024, and concludes that no fewer than 10 are related. If anything, this represents conservative coding, where vaccines are exculpated rather than indicted in cases of ambiguity. The real number is higher.

This is a profound revelation. For the first time, the US FDA will acknowledge that COVID-19 vaccines have killed American children. Healthy young children who faced tremendously low risk of death were coerced, at the behest of the Biden administration, via school and work mandates, to receive a vaccine that could result in death. In many cases, such mandates were harmful. It is difficult to read cases where kids aged 7 to 16 may be dead as a result of covid vaccines.

Did COVID-19 vaccine programs kill more healthy kids than it saved?

We do not have reliable data estimating the absolute benefit (absolute risk reduction) regarding severe disease and death in healthy children from vaccine receipt. OVRR and OBPV rely on observation cohort or case control data with notorious methodologic biases. FDA has never requested the manufacturers demonstrate in randomized fashion that vaccinating children. improves these outcomes. The available randomized data in children is deeply limited, and broadly negative for symptomatic infection, as discussed in prior ad-coms. Furthermore, COVID-19 was never highly lethal for children, and now MIS-c has decreased drastically, and the harms, to kids, are comparable to many respiratory viruses for which we do not provide annual immunization.

Comparing the number of kids who died from COVID against these deaths would be a flawed comparison. We do not know how many fewer kids would have died had they been vaccinated, and we do not know how many more kids died from taking vaccines than has been voluntarily reported. Instead, the truth is we do not know if we saved lives on balance.

When it comes to vaccine deaths, VAERS is passively reported. It requires a motivated person, often a doctor, to submit the information. The submission process is tedious and most people who start the form give up along the way. Many more deaths may be unreported. Finally, the FDA has failed to properly enforce many required post market commitments for COVID-19 vaccines, including for pregnant women and to document subclinical myocarditis.

Putting these facts together, it is horrifying to consider that the US vaccine regulation, including our actions, may have harmed more children than we saved. This requires humility and introspection.

Why did it take the FDA Commissioner to identify these deaths?

There is no doubt that without this FDA commissioner, we would not have performed this investigation and identified this safety concern. This fact also demands serious introspection and reform. Why were these deaths not actively reviewed in real time? Why did it take until 2025 to perform this analysis, and take necessary further actions? Deaths were reported between 2021 and 2024, and ignored for years.

I suspect the answer is cultural and systemic. I have no doubt that many vaccines have saved millions of lives globally, and many have benefits that far exceed risks, but vaccines are like any other medical product. The right drug given to the right patient at the right time is great, but the same drug can be inappropriately given, causing harm. The same is true for vaccines. The US government’s coercive and unethical covid-19 vaccine mandates in young people may have been harmful. In contrast, there is no doubt that an elderly, un-immune American benefitted from Doses 1 and 2 in 2020. The people who might have benefit most from vaccination were those too old to be affected by workplace mandates-another Biden administration blunder.

Does COVID cause more myocarditis than covid vaccines?

A perennial argument is that COVID 19, the virus, causes more myocarditis than COVID-19 vaccines. In fact, I heard this argument made inside CBER recently when one company submitted their PMC. Here is why that argument is wrong.

In order to study how often people have myocarditis after the virus, you would want to collect everyone who got covid, and see how many get myocarditis. Yet, studies on this topic don’t do this. They take people who presented to health care systems and had covid-19 and ask how many have myocarditis. But we all know most people who get covid simply recover at home. People who seek medical care are the sickest ones. These studies use a false denominator.

Second, the demographic matters. I have no doubt COVID vaccines were life saving for an 80 year old who never had COVID, but should a 20 year old get his 6th dose this fall? These studies often fail to look at the balance in younger people.

Finally, you still get COVID anyway. No amount of covid vaccines stops a person from getting covid, so the risk is not virus vs vaccine. It is vaccine + virus vs virus alone.

I am not aware of any analysis that does this right, and we have performed an empirical review of this fact.

Thoughts on CBER staff who are leaking to the media

I have no doubt that individuals who are providing media outlets with slides, emails and personal anecdotes believe they are doing the right thing. Unfortunately, this behavior is both unethical, illegal, and, as this case illustrates, factually incorrect. COVID-19 vaccines did result in the death of children. Dr. Hoeg was correct in her assessment-- any small differences in opinion about specific cases are due only to the fact that subjective attribution of death is inherently a topic where reasonable people may have subtle disagreements. But the overall order of magnitude and directionality show concordance between Dr. Hoeg and long-time CBER staff.

Drs. Gruber and Krause resigned in 2021 as Director and Deputy Director of OVRR

Finally, one fact that must be mentioned is that disagreements by my predecessor and career staff had led to resignations in the past. Drs. Gruber and Krause ran the vaccine division for decades. They resigned over two issues: Dr. Marks insisted that annual boosters should be for all people--irrespective of age and risk-- while Gruber and Krause preferred a risk based, evidence based approach. And Dr. Marks pushed through a BLA for the COVID-19 shots, which permitted the Biden administration to administer unethical COVID-19 mandates.

As a professor, I agreed with Gruber and Krause. Furthermore, there have been prior CBER directors who have held this chair and had fundamentally different views. Some have felt the CBER director should override reviewers to approve gene therapies that do not work because of patient demand. When these products later result in post market deaths, it is difficult to take corrective action. I favor approving products with benefits that exceed risks.

Incentive in vaccine making

It is well acknowledged that the FDA does not consider the cost of drugs in our approval decisions, and similarly it is not our role to lower evidentiary standards or mask safety concerns to create artificial financial incentives to make vaccines. That said there are unique financial incentives for vaccine markers.

Covid-19 vaccines earned 100 billion dollars globally. The annual US vaccine market is estimated to be over 30 billion dollars, projected to pass 50 billion in a decade, and a single new vaccine for pregnant women has industry analysts estimating 1 billion a year in annual returns.

Additionally, vaccines do not go “generic.” There is no biosimilar pathway. You can’t show your biosimilar vaccine has the same antibody titer and get approval. This means two things: companies can expect long tails of earnings, and FDA acknowledges that cell and humoral immunity surrogates are insufficient for generic approvals-- a position I agree with.

The fact that we don’t offer generic or biosimilar vaccines because no amount of cell or humoral mediated immune surrogates would mean that a product retains efficacy has a deeper logical conclusion: how can we accept such endpoints to approve entirely novel products?

The path forward for CBER/OVRR/OBPV

I want to outline a path forward. Our general approach in CBER will be to direct vaccine regulation towards evidence based medicine. This means: we will take swift action regarding this new safety concern, we will not be granting marketing authorization to vaccines in pregnant women based on unproven surrogate endpoints (any prior promises will be null and void), and we will demand pre-market randomized trials assessing clinical endpoints for most new products. Pneumonia vaccine makers will have to show their products reduce pneumonia (at least in the post-market setting), and not merely generate antibody titers. Immunogenicity will no longer be used to expand indicated populations-- these populations should be included in premarket RCTs.

We will revise the annual flu vaccine framework, which is an evidence-based catastrophe of low quality evidence, poor surrogate assays, and uncertain vaccine effectiveness measured in case-control studies with poor methods. We will re-appraise safety and be honest in vaccine labels. I look forward to hearing your thoughts on how to do this better.

Additionally, at FDA, we have not been focused on understanding the benefits and harms of giving multiple vaccines at the same time. This is a concern shared by many Americans. The FDA’s standard has been to require randomized studies too small to draw any conclusions from-- creating a false sense of efficacy and safety.

OVRR and OBPV staff will be tasked with writing guidelines to reflect these changes, and the mission of CBER will change to reflect this worldview. Never again will the US FDA commissioner have to himself find deaths in children for staff to identify it. Vaccines will be treated like all other medication classes-- no better or worse than AAV vectors, monoclonal antibodies, or anti-sense oligonucleotides.

Insofar as vaccines have third party benefits, and many do, these will be judged just like drugs may have third party benefits-- a person who takes an appropriate psychiatric medicine may be a better parent or spouse-- but this requires data and cannot be assumed. I have seen no evidence that COVID-19 vaccines, which do not halt transmission, benefit third parties. I have no doubt that MMR vaccines do provide third party benefits when administered to high enough fractions of society.

Having said this, I remain open to vigorous discussions and debate on these topics, as I have always been. I am open minded to modifications or alterations. That’s why what I’m about to share has me, and a bunch of my ex-pharma buddies losing sleep. It’s a slow-burn health crisis that’s slipping right past the mainstream headlines, but it’s real, and it’s building.

I even had to double-check the numbers and run the trend lines myself (I’ll walk you through that in a sec). We’re talking about a spike in sales for Riluzole, the go-to drug for treating ALS, or Motor Neuron Disease (MND) as it’s sometimes called. This isn’t some flashy new med; it’s a 30-year-old staple that’s been as predictable as clockwork for decades.

Why Singapore? My Secret Sauce for Spotting Trends

If you’re new to my takes, I’ve got a thing for using Singapore as a crystal ball for global health shifts, having worked there for almost a decade, as it serves as a regional hub for the Asia-Pacific for most of the top Big Pharma except Gilead, which is located in Hong Kong.

Singapore’s data is squeaky clean. Picture this: A tiny island nation of just 6 million people, where every citizen is tied into a rock-solid digital ID system called SingPass which is compulsory for all residents. You can’t even open a bank account without it. It’s woven into everything, health records, taxes, you name it. That means when official stats say someone got vaccinated, you can bet your bottom dollar they did. No fudging, no loopholes.

Compare that to places like Australia, where folks could (and I suspect many did) whip up fake vaccine certs online to dodge mandates and hit the gym or grab a coffee. Singapore? Nah. During the pandemic, they rolled out these digital “tags” linked straight to your SingPass, green for vaxxed, red for unvaxxed. Want to shop at the mall, dine out, or clock into an office? Scan that bad boy or stay home. It’s all standardized across all 28 districts within a 50-by-27-kilometer zone.

It was airtight, which is why their vax rates shot up to over 85% with the mRNA shots alone (and the rest on non-mRNA shots). That kind of transparency makes Singapore a perfect early-warning system: If something weird pops up there first, the rest of us better pay attention.

With strict digital compliance measures, Singapore achieved a 92% full vaccination rate, one of the highest globally. It launched the Pfizer rollout on December 20, 2020, just weeks after the US FDA’s emergency approval on December 11. Singapore’s neighbouring country Malaysia’s even claimed that Singapore received the first batch in Asia while they were still negotiating deals[SOURCE]. This early access stemmed partly from the government’s $250 million investment in BioNTech in June 2020, before Phase 3 trials began[SOURCE]. No conflict of interest there! (yeah, right!)

In the world of drug distribution, that timing screams “first dibs” on the initial Pfizer batches, the very ones now getting shredded in labs for packing way too much unwanted baggage: bits of plasmid DNA and that sneaky SV40 promoter/enhancer sequence. If you don’t believe it, watch the CDC’s ACIP Committee Workgroup talking about it here last month.

Here is an approximate breakdown indicating that about 87.8% of the entire population received mRNA vaccines (Pfizer and Moderna).

So what’s the result of hyper-vaccinating almost an entire population with the earliest batch of contaminated gene therapy?

Flat as a board through early COVID in 2020, no shots yet. Then wham: As Singapore’s mRNA gene therapy blitz hits late 2020 and blasts to 85%+ coverage by mid-2021, excess deaths (that red line sneaking above zero, extra bodies beyond the norm for hearts, cancers, etc.) start creeping up.

It explodes around Q3 2021, and by Q2 2023, Singapore ranked number one in the world in terms of excess deaths at a staggering 37% above trend. By end of 2023, cummulative excess deaths was 4 times (9000+) more than COVID deaths (2000+). “Safe and Effective”.

And lo and behold, Singapore, proudly clinching the gold in the global excess mortality Olympics, nailing that top-quartile spot among the super-vaxxed digital-leash nations. All thanks to the lightning-fast “Speed of Science” and turbocharged “Speed of Acquisition with Digital ID monitoring.” What a triumph!

On top of that, let’s not forget Singapore’s real-world numbers, which took an inconvenient turn after the vaccines hit the scene. Before the campaign kicked off, they’d racked up 58,403 COVID cases with a grand total of 29 deaths, translating to a case fatality rate of just 0.05%, barely a blip on the radar. Then came the rollout from December 20, 2020, through December 31, 2022:

After the vaccination campaign started, between December 20, 2020, and December 31, 2022, even though the virus had mutated into a less lethal variant, there were 2,143,811 cases. However, COVID deaths skyrocketed to 1,682 in 2022.

This translates to a CFR of 0.08%.

So to recap, before the experimental vaccinations, it was 0.05%, and after vaccinations, it increased to 0.08%. In other words, COVID deaths rate went up by 60% after the vaccinations, according to Singapore’s own real-world data.

Vaccines were sold as the ultimate shield against severe outcomes, right? Yet with a tamer virus and nearly everyone vaccinated, the body count still climbed at a higher rate. That Worldometers chart spells it out plain as day, no spin needed. What do you think: pure coincidence, or the small print nobody bothered to read?

First off, can you even wrap your head around it? They strong-armed 92% of the population into this experimental gene therapy when COVID’s case fatality rate was a whisper at 0.05% to 0.08%.

A fresh Stanford-led study, dropped in JAMA Health Forum back in July 2025 by Ioannidis and crew, admits the shots “saved” a paltry 2.5 million lives worldwide from 2020 to 2024, mostly the over-60 crowd. That’s a laughable drop from the bonkers 14.4 million figure governments regurgitated, straight out of Watson et al.’s wobbly modeling circus, and get this, the new paper doesn’t even factor in the lives snuffed out by vaccine side effects.

Dig deeper, and it’s a joke: 90% of those “saves” went to folks 60 and up, while a pitiful 0.01% trickled down to the under-20s (that’s 253 kids globally, if you’re counting). Flip the script for perspective, for every one young life supposedly spared, it took a mind-boggling 5 million jabs worldwide. Singapore? Enter Mr. Cedric Lim, your classic hardworking cabbie in Singapore, dodging potholes and payday loans just to keep the rice bowl full for his faily. No conspiracy nut, this guy’s got a simple beef: Why risk experimental gene therapy roulette when you’ve got bills stacking higher than a bad poker hand? So, he hops on a cozy Telegram channel called “Healing the Divide,” (Link) run by Ms. Iris Koh, a spot where skeptical folks could still air their doubts without Big Brother’s instant ping.

Jab or job? Tough call, but Cedric picks job: He books a slot at Dr. Jipson’s clinic for the non-mRNA Sinovac, figuring that’s his only possible way to get a green pass and grocery money. And he posted this message in the telegram channel right before taking the sinovac jab because he doesn’t trust any vaccination, rightfully so.

Unfortunately for Mr. Cedric Lim, with his name splashed all over Telegram and that rock-solid digital tracking system supposedly flagging him as a “vaccine skeptic” who called them “tyrants”, the government zeroed in on him faster than a hawk spotting a mouse, who he was, and exactly when and where he got his jab, boom, target locked and loaded.

Cops crash his door like it’s a bad action flick, no warrant, no knock, just “We’re searching this!” as they flip his world upside down. Turns out, that foolproof Digital ID and digital trail had lit him up like a Christmas tree, he was “Patient Zero” in their witch hunt for fake jabs. I mean, you gotta stop the anti-vaxxers, right???

In August, during a jaw-dropper of a 2025 government trial against Ms. Iris Koh (the Telegram trailblazer) and Dr. Jipson Quah, Cedric spills the tea: Shell-shocked and cornered, he watches them trash his place while an old-school cop, schooling the rookies like a mob boss, leans in with that oily Singlish growl, ”You never see police beat people before or not?” Panic mode: Heart hammering, mind blank, Cedric inks their cooked-up confession, fingering Dr. Jipson as providing fake vaccination passes for saline shots. 2. Biodistribution havoc!

Biodistribution, or where the mRNA and its lipid bubbles (tiny fat packets that carry it) travel in your body. We were told it stays in the arm muscle, makes spike protein briefly, and poof—gone. Wrong. Dr. Kuperwasser showed data proving it spreads far and wide, lasting way longer than expected.

Pfizer didn't test their actual vaccine mRNA; they used a stand-in with a glow-in-the-dark tag in rats. Most stayed at the shot site, but a lot went to the liver. This might miss low levels elsewhere. Moderna? No direct test either—they used a different mRNA in rats, finding it in lymph nodes, spleen, eyes, liver, heart, lungs, testes, and even the brain. It even crosses the blood-brain barrier, the body's shield for the brain.

In people, it's the same: mRNA and spike protein show up in blood, lymph nodes, heart, brain, and more. It doesn't vanish quick—studies detect it weeks or months later, up to 30 days in the heart or even 706 days in some cases.

To put it simply: The vaccines weren't tested properly pre-launch, spread system-wide, and hang around, turning cells everywhere into spike factories. Spike is the virus's hook—toxic in high amounts, potentially causing heart inflammation (myocarditis), brain issues, or fertility problems. It's in breast milk, ovaries, even crossing to fetuses. "Safe and effective"? This explains side effects we were told were rare or unrelated. Regulators cut corners; now persistence means chronic exposure. Spike in brain arteries could link to strokes or fog. For kids or pregnant women? Reckless.

The lipid type affects spread, but companies prioritized speed. Factors like age slow clearance. The ACIP highlights questions for monitoring—should've been done years ago.

3. Frameshifting Glitch

Dr. El-Deiry explained ribosomal frameshifting, a slip-up in how cells read mRNA to make proteins. Normally, cells read in groups of three letters (codons) to build the right protein. But the fake uridine (pseudouridine) added to mRNA vaccines to make them last longer causes the reading machine (ribosome) to skip, making wrong, off-target proteins—up to 10 times more often.

These aren't the intended spike; they're random bits that trigger immune attacks, including antibodies. But are they harmless, toxic, or cancer-promoting? Unknown. Health effects from long-term production? Not studied.

This is proof mRNA tech is flawed. Modifications for stability backfire, creating rogue stuff. About 8% could be wrong proteins. Might cause autoimmunity or other issues. Critics say no harm shown, but we haven't looked hard.

4. DNA Contamination + SV40: Stuffs That Could Rewrite Your Genes

The scariest part: impurities, like leftover DNA from making the vaccines. Dr. El-Deiry cited Speicher et al., who checked 32 vials and found broken plasmid DNA in Pfizer and Moderna—exceeding FDA limits. Pfizer had SV40 bits (a virus-linked cancer promoter) not in Moderna.

FDA's 10 ng limit is for plain DNA, not wrapped in lipids that sneak it into cells and nuclei, where it could integrate and disrupt genes. Billions of fragments per dose. SV40 raises cancer fears, like old polio shots.

This is negligence. Contaminated products, undisclosed—could cause persistent spike or gene changes. "Safe"? More like dirty.

Some debunk "turbo cancer" as myth, citing no surge in data. But plausible links: IgG4 tolerance, spike linger, DNA insertion.

For years, those of us questioning the relentless "safe and effective" mantra of mRNA vaccines were smeared as anti-vaxxers, conspiracy theorists, or science deniers. We raised alarms about immune risks, biodistribution, faulty proteins, and DNA contamination—concerns dismissed as misinformation. The ACIP's September 19, 2025, revelations from Dr. Kuperwasser and Dr. El-Deiry are our vindication. Their data-driven exposé confirms what we’ve been shouting: these shots carry serious, understudied risks. From immune sabotage to cancer-linked impurities, the truth is out. It's time to stop the boosters, demand real research, and hold Big Pharma accountable.

Led by the formidable Professor Masanori Fukushima—an oncologist, pharmacoepidemiologist, and pioneer in Japan's drug safety education—the event centered on a bold demand: the immediate cancellation of approval and market recall of messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines and their lipid nanoparticle formulations. Drawing from a freshly published peer-reviewed paper in English, the association presented compelling evidence that these vaccines were mishandled during approval, treated as conventional shots when they are, in essence, groundbreaking gene therapies with unpredictable consequences.

The presence of six MHLW officials—from departments handling pharmaceutical evaluation, medical safety, surveillance, and infectious disease control—marked a seismic shift. In previous JVIRA press conferences, such as those in January 2024 and January 2025, government representatives had been sparse or absent, often limiting interactions to brief handovers of documents.

Prof. Fukushima, the association's representative director, brings unparalleled credentials to the table. A former professor at Kyoto University, where he established Japan's first pharmacoepidemiology course in 2000, he has spent decades studying drug side effects. Pharmacoepidemiology, as he defines it, is "the science of preventing harm from pharmaceutical side effects." His background as an oncologist further sharpens his lens on how foreign substances—like mRNA-encoded spike proteins—might interact with the human body over time.

Central to their case is a peer-reviewed paper arguing that mRNA vaccines were erroneously evaluated under outdated guidelines for conventional infectious disease vaccines. These shots, Prof. Fukushima asserted, are fundamentally different: they instruct human cells to produce antigens internally, making them akin to gene therapy products. This misclassification, he argued, bypassed critical scrutiny under laws like the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety, which governs genetically modified organisms and involves multiple ministries beyond just Health.

The materials distributed included the request document to MHLW Minister Fukuoka, copies of prior submissions, and the translated paper. Prof. Fukushima emphasized the scale of reported harms: over 2,000 deaths voluntarily reported by medical institutions, nearly 10,000 severe cases, and close to 40,000 suspected side effects. These figures dwarf those from past controversies, like the HPV vaccine, which affected far fewer but still prompted national debate.

At the heart of the press conference were Prof. Fukushima's pointed critiques, grounded in his expertise as an oncologist. He didn't mince words: these vaccines aren't traditional inoculations but novel interventions with profound implications.

One standout assertion: "It is a novel gene therapy drug. Substantively, it is a gene therapy drug. This gene, in this stable form of messenger RNA, is introduced into the body. When cells take it up, what happens is that it gets incorporated into the nucleus and integrated into the DNA."

This claim challenges the foundational assurances given during the vaccines' rollout. Manufacturers and regulators insisted mRNA remains in the cytoplasm, degrades quickly, and doesn't alter DNA. But Prof. Fukushima cited emerging evidence to the contrary. He referenced recent papers showing integration in cancer tissues: in a bladder cancer patient, mRNA was found incorporated into DNA. Similarly, Emeritus Professor Sano at Kochi University detected persistent spike protein in breast cancer skin metastases over a year post-vaccination—absent in pre-vaccination surgical samples.

As an oncologist, Prof. Fukushima expressed deep concern: "In cancer patients’ tissues, it gets incorporated, or it may even promote cancer growth or carcinogenesis—we don’t know. There are so many unknowns, and now with this disease, I strongly emphasized to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare officials that this is new. If things we’ve never seen before are happening now, we must face them properly and shine the light of science on them."

Indeed, doctors and scientists worldwide are alarmed by DNA contamination in mRNA vaccines, which may lead to cancer.

He elaborated on the mechanisms: mRNA is stabilized with pseudouridine to prevent rapid degradation, then encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) that mimic exosomes, allowing widespread bodily distribution—including the brain. This echoes environmental concerns with nanoplastics, which cross barriers and accumulate. Cells engulf these particles, leading to unpredictable outcomes like inflammation or integration.

Prof. Fukushima drew parallels to evolutionary biology: RNA is naturally unstable due to ubiquitous RNases, but engineering stability disrupts this balance. "Stabilizing RNA with pseudouridine caused this issue," he said. Evidence from Japanese doctors, like Dr. Ono in Hokkaido, shows spike protein in cerebral hemorrhage sites, confirmed by in situ hybridization detecting mRNA.

These findings aren't isolated. Prof. Fukushima noted international data, including U.S. Congressional testimonies where former CDC Director Robert Redfield admitted knowledge of biodistribution and toxicity early on.

Prof. Fukushima didn't stop at risks; he dismantled the benefits narrative. "We’re only now starting to grasp the full scope, but regarding the benefits, we still don’t know much. It’s not just about papers—there are papers, but in reality, comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated people prospectively to see how many are hospitalized or how many die—when you look at the deaths, even setting aside vaccine-related deaths, it’s strange that more vaccinated people die from COVID."

He cited MHLW data from July 2021 showing higher COVID mortality in vaccinated groups, later retracted as "unreliable." A 2022 report omitted mortality but showed increased infections in some ages. "If infections increase and COVID mortality rates are high, it’s a double blow."

Extending his critique: "Vaccines—in other words, the influenza vaccine—is unnecessary. The COVID vaccine isn’t needed either. We’ve been brainwashed into this vaccine craze, and whether we can break free from that is the question."

This press conference isn't just a Japanese story—it's a global wake-up call. For too long, the mantra of "safe and effective" has been parroted without scrutiny, silencing dissent and ignoring victims. But as Prof. Fukushima's evidence shows, mRNA vaccines are neither: they're experimental gene therapies with DNA-altering potential, persistent toxins, and unproven benefits that may even increase risks.

The "safe" lie crumbles under 2,000+ deaths, 40,000+ adverse events, and links to cancer, CFS, and strokes. "Effective"? Data reveals more COVID deaths in vaccinated cohorts, no infection prevention, and negligible severe outcome reduction. We've been sold a bill of goods, brainwashed into a vaccine cult that prioritizes profits over people.

Japan's MHLW, by attending, offers hope for change. But if they falter, the harms will multiply—cancers emerging, families shattered, trust eroded. It's time to recall these shots, compensate victims, and rebuild science on facts, not fiction. The "safe and effective" era is over; accountability begins now.

Welcome to this talk. Now, in this talk, we'll be giving conclusive evidence of very high levels of DNA contamination in the mRNA vaccines. Why does this matter? Why does DNA contamination in messenger RNA vaccines matter? Well, it matters because that DNA gets into the cells. The lipid nanoparticles in the vaccines take it into the cells. From the cells, it can hang around in the cytosol of the cell, the cytoplasm of the cell, and it can also get into the nucleus of the cell, which of course has the DNA, the deoxyribonucleic acid, the very recipe of our lives, and it can contaminate that. Now if it gets into our, our own DNA, that changes the nature of our DNA, and that is a mutation, and that's how we get cancers. And there's other mechanisms by which cancers can be caused as well. So this is giving overwhelming proof of DNA contamination and that DNA contamination is probably going to lead to cancers in the future. That's why this matters.

Now, I've just got off a video call with David, and he said that there's already people trying to get this paper retracted, but as of now, it's in print. But it has been submitted to Senator Johnson for the US congressional hearing, so it's actually in the record, even if the opposition do manage to get it taken down. This is the paper here. "Quantification of the residual plasmid DNA and SV40 promoter enhancer sequences in Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna modified RNA COVID-19 vaccines from Ontario, Canada." So bit of a mouthful, but basically, quantification looking at how much residual DNA there is from the manufacturing process, where the synthetic plasmids were grown up in E. coli bacteria, same as the bacteria in your poo, to be quite honest. It's the, called coliforms, the, the bacteria from the human colon, E. coli. I'm looking at how much contamination is in these things.

And I'm also going to play you some clips from David's lab as well. Now and you'll see David, Dr. Speicher working in in his lab. Now he looked at 32 vials representing 16 unique vaccine lots, and these data demonstrate that the presence of billions to hundreds of billions of DNA molecules per dose in the modified RNA COVID-19 products were present in those vials tested. And these are the vials tested here. He had a, a group of vials that they're, were tested. As we say, 32 vials from 16 unique vaccine lots. So quite a good sample. There's also tested vials from different parts of the world at different times. David's become a bit of a world-leading expert in this, to be quite honest.

All products tested exceeded the guidelines for residual DNA set by the FDA and WHO of 10 nanograms per dose, and they were exceeded by 36 to 627 fold. So that's not a 36% increase. It's 36 times more than there should have been. Or others contained 627 times more DNA. Hundreds and hundreds of times more DNA than is allowed. And these allowances are already set way, way, way too low in, in my opinion. The reason that the, the levels are set way too low is the levels, the level set for the DNA contamination was set when it was naked DNA, just DNA on its own. Now the DNA is in these lipid nanoparticles, that's taken into the cells hundreds, maybe thousands of times more readily. So actually, the amounts of DNA contamination should be several thousand times less than they actually are, but even at the high levels of contamination that are allowed, still exceeding that by 36 to 627 fold. These are quite horrendous levels of DNA contamination, in my view. Wish I'd known this at the start of 2021 when I took some of this wretched stuff, or mid-2021 when I took some. But we weren't told. Informed consent was not given.

So exceeded the regulatory limit by these huge amounts, these regulatory limits set by the FDA and WHO. And of course, the WHO is not known for being that stringent, is it? But it still greatly exceeded those. The Pfizer, it was 36 to a 153 fold above the levels. The Moderna, it was a 112 to 627 above, fold, times, times, 112 to 627, 627 times more than the allowance. Three Pfizer vials exceeded the regulatory limit for SV40 promoter enhancement, the original sequence. Of course, that works on p53.

Now, what happens here is that this contamination, this DNA contamination contains the genetic code required to make the SV40 protein.... from the simian virus. And this simian virus, this SV40 protein, once it's made inside the cells, inhibits a protein called p53 made from our p53 genes. So we get less of our own p53 protein. Why is it important that we have adequate p53 protein and it is not inhibited? That's because this p53 protein inhibits cancer formation. So in other words, this SV40 DNA produces SV40 protein, and that SV40 protein inhibits our own p53 tumor or oncosuppressor genes, making cancer more likely. It's basically debilitating our body's own natural defense mechanisms, which is why it's so important.

The PCR results for the most recent XBB 1.5 Moderna and Pfizer vaccines suggest that the DNA residues have not been reduced from previous vaccine versions. So it's still there. Pfizer, the total DNA range from this is the actual dose now, the actual amount, so in the Pfizer 371 to 1,548 nanograms of DNA contamination per dose and you can see that's well over a microgram. Moderna, it was even higher, so the amount of Moderna... In Moderna, the amount of DNA contamination was 1,130 to 6,280 nanograms per dose. So you can see that's 6.28 micrograms. We we're getting into a really quite high levels of contamination. This is quite large amounts of DNA present.

There was also specific DNA sequences, as we've said, like the SV40 in the Pfizer range from 0.22 to 7.82 nanograms per dose. In the Moderna it was 0.01 to 0.78 nanograms per dose. So both the specific DNA sequences and the general DNA sequences all contribute to the problem of the DNA contamination. And the way David explained it to me was you get billions, billions and billions of these short DNA sequences. And he said it's like a shotgun or, or a shrapnel effect. Some of them are likely to be integrated into the human DNA, which is the, is the problem. So relatively short Well, this is, this is the SV40 promoter which we already discussed. Particularly worrisome in terms of promoting cancers. Sequences, sequences in one vial, the mean length is 241 base pairs, maximum length was 300 3,500 base pairs. So small lengths, but because there's billions of them, we've got this shatter, shrapnel, sort of shotgun effect that some of them are going to get into our DNA probably and unfortunately. So the presence of 1.23 times 10 to the eighth, so what's that? That's hundreds of millions, isn't it? To 1.6 times 10 to the 11th, that's hundreds of billions, I guess, plasma DNA fragments per encapsule per dose encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles. So hundreds of millions to hundreds of billions, but because they're in the lipid nanoparticles, because all these... So that's the lipid nanoparticle there, and the DNA contamination is in this lipid nanoparticle.

Now, if the DNA was just loose like free DNA, like the original regulations stipulated, it probably wouldn't get into the body cell. So imagine that's a body cell there. So the body cell, of course, has got a lipid outside layer. So this lipid nanoparticle will just stick to that like that and let all these contaminations go directly in. Whereas without the lipid nanoparticle the, not many are going to go in, or virtually none are going to go in because this is fatty. But if you like, the lipid nanoparticle is kind of a Trojan horse that gets the DNA contamination into our own cells. That's why the amount that's allowed, which is specified for the naked DNA, is probably reasonable, but that's been carried on to the lipid nanoparticle age where the allowances should, in my view, be 1,000 or 10,000 or 100,000 times less but they're not. So the paper says "Our findings extended existing concerns about vaccine safety and call into question the relevance of guidelines conceived before the introduction of efficiently transfecting, transfection using lipid nanoparticles."

And transfection is the process whereby the DNA contamination gets into our host cells. It is infecting our host cells. That is the problem. This work highlights the need for regulators and industry to adhere to the precautionary principle.... and provide significant and transparent evidence that products are safe and effective, and disclose the details of their composition and methods of manufacture, is what the paper is recommending. For some of the COVID-19 vaccines, the drug substances released to the market were manufactured differently than those used in the clinical trials. So we have good reason to believe that the vaccines doses, or most of them used in the clinical trials, would have much less, if any, DNA contamination than the ones that were actually stuck in my arm and your arm. Yet another part of the problem. So the rationale for the study, manufacturing nucleoside-modified mRNA that is, that the the sequences, the pseudouridine has been, has been modified from uridine to pseudouridine.

mRNA vaccines for commercial COVID-19 vaccines relies on RNA polymerase transcription of a plasmid DNA template. So there's this synthetic plasmid DNA template which is put into an E. coli bacteria, and the RNA is, is taken from that DNA template. The DNA template is supposed to be got rid of, but as we've patently seen from David's work, it has not been got rid of. Previous studies identified high levels of plasmid DNA in vial, in vials of mRNA vaccines, suggesting that removal of the residue, residual DNA template is problematic. In other words, it's not being done properly. The DNA contamination is still there. Supposed to be taken out, but it hasn't. Therefore, we quantified the DNA load in a limited number of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 modified vaccine vials using two independent methods.

This is a very important point. The lab used two independent methods and got similar results. This study emphasizes the importance of methodological considerations when quantifying residual plasmid DNA in Moderna mRNA products. Considering increased lipid nanoparticle transfection efficiency and cumulative dosing presents significant and unquantified risk to human health. So the lipid nanoparticle transfection is working. People are also being given cumulative doses. They're being hit again and again and again. And that is posing unquantified risks to human health, which should be quantified.

And David did also tell me in the interview that if he was given biopsies from cancers, whether biopsies taken during cancer surgery or biopsies taken at postmortem, he could look at that and he could recognize spike protein DNA in the cancers, and he could also recognize if there was DNA contamination from these plasmids, these synthetic plasmids. So he has the ability to detect if their DNA contamination has got into cancer cells. But as of now, that work is not being done. Concerningly, he is currently working on potential transfection of sperm. So there we are, DNA contamination confirmed. There should be a moratorium on these vaccines till this is sorted out for this reason alone. Unfortunately, no such moratorium is in place. But this is good science, but it'll probably be ignored by many. But not by us, not by me, not by you. So thank you for watching.

It's like a real-time demonstration of what Malhotra called the "illusion of knowledge" – that dangerous barrier to truth where so-called experts think they know it all, but really, they're flying blind under the influence of corrupted science!

In this Senate hearing, Dr. Jake Scott, an infectious diseases expert from Stanford University, defended COVID vaccines (and vaccines in general). This is the same Dr. Jake Scott who has been loudly proclaiming his expertise as an infectious diseases doctor and supposedly “fact-checking” RFK Jr. on vaccine misinformation.

But oh boy, does he get absolutely dismantled by Senator Johnson! Scott claims he knows "a fair amount" about mRNA technology – but it turns out he doesn't even grasp the basics. He stumbles on modified mRNA, biodistribution of lipid nanoparticles, and DNA contamination.

It's shocking – and a perfect example of the misinformed doctors Malhotra warned us about. These "experts" are testifying in the Senate, shaping policies that affect millions, yet they can't answer fundamental questions about the tech they're promoting!

Dr. Scott admits he knows "a fair amount," but he clearly doesn't – he thinks the mRNA degrades rapidly like natural mRNA, when it's actually modified mRNA designed to stick around (studies show it lingers in the body for unknown durations!). He buys into the myth that the shots "stay in the arm," ignoring biodistribution data from Japanese FOIA showing lipid nanoparticles spreading everywhere – ovaries, adrenal glands, even crossing the blood-brain and placental barriers. And the kicker? He has no clue how the tech works: it turns your cells into spike protein factories, producing a toxic protein that triggers inflammation, like myocarditis.

And let's zoom in on that DNA contamination bombshell: Senator Johnson references the McKernan study, which shows Pfizer vials contaminated with DNA plasmids at 36 to 627 times over the regulatory limit (FDA allows just 10 nanograms per dose). Emphasizing here – this McKernan study is actually the Speicher et al study, based on the groundbreaking lab work by Dr David Speicher, whose independent analysis exposed these alarming levels. BOMBSHELL REVELATION FROM AARON SIRI ON HIDDEN VACCINATED VS UNVACCINATED STUDY.

During the same hearing, Aaron Siri also blew the lid off a buried study that Big Pharma and pro-vax establishments don't want you to see! This isn't some fringe theory; it's a mainstream, pro-vaccine doctor's own research from a major U.S. health institution, shoved into a drawer because the results shatter the “vaccines are safe” narrative. Siri revealed how Dr. Marcus Zervos, former head of infectious diseases at Henry Ford Medical Center (and a guy who ran trials for the Moderna COVID jab), conducted a massive vaccinated vs. unvaccinated comparison – and the findings are jaw-dropping!

Back in 2017, ICAN pushed for this exact study to "shut the anti-vaxxers up," as Siri put it. To everyone's surprise, the pro-vaccine team at Henry Ford agreed, analyzing real medical records from 2000-2016. The goal? Reduce vaccine hesitancy by proving the CDC schedule is safe.

Instead?

They found vaccinated children had 4.29 times the rate of asthma, 3.03 times the rate of atopic disease, 5.96 times the rate of autoimmune disease, and 5.53 times the rate of neurodevelopmental disorders – including 3.28 times the developmental delay and 4.47 times the speech disorders. All statistically significant!

And get this: Conditions like ADHD? 262 cases in the vaccinated group, ZERO in the unvaccinated. Brain dysfunction, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, tics – same story, too many in vaxxed kids to ignore, but zero on the other side. Overall, after 10 years, only 17% of unvaccinated kids had a chronic health issue, compared to a staggering 57% of vaccinated kids (often multiple issues). Siri tied it to immune system dysregulation caused by vaccines – citations in his testimony.

Why hasn't this been screamed from the rooftops? Because it didn't fit the agenda! Siri says they've begged Zervos and his epidemiologist, Dr. Lamoreta, to publish. They admit it's well-designed, but Zervos fears losing his job, and Lamoreta doesn't want to "make doctors uncomfortable." Classic corruption – only "safe" studies see the light of day, while truth gets buried. This is the real-world rot: science hijacked, doctors silenced, patients harmed.

Thank you, David. It's a real honor to be here. To Nigel and Reform for inviting me to speak today. Ancient wisdom teaches us that evil is rooted in ignorance. But what's worse than ignorance? The illusion of knowledge. That means that barriers to the truth are often more psychological than they are intellectual. My purpose as a doctor is to do my best for patients to improve their outcomes. And in fact, this is probably maybe the most important slide of my whole talk. This is the evidence based medicine Triad, developed in 1996, an analytical framework for teaching and practicing medicine. So what does it mean? We use our individual clinical expertise, the best available evidence on a drug treatment, on a lifestyle intervention, on a surgery, on a test. And last but not least, most important, to take into consideration individual patient preferences and values. It's called informed consent. In order to manage risks, treat illness and relieve suffering. But unfortunately, evidence based medicine has become an illusion. It has become hijacked by powerful commercial interests. And as a result, we have an epidemic of misinformed doctors and misinformed and unwittingly harmed patients. This is the root cause of our healthcare crisis.

What are those root causes? Biased funding of research, research that's funded because it's likely to be profitable, not beneficial for patients. Biased reporting in medical journals, biased reporting in the media, biased patient pamphlets, commercial conflicts of interest, defensive medicine. And last but not least, an inability of doctors to understand and then communicate health statistics.

Somebody who I describe as a Stephen Hawking of medicine is Professor John Ioannidis at Stanford. The reason I call him Stephen Hawking of Medicine. He's the most cited medical researcher in the world. He's considered to have very high integrity. And in 2017, he published this paper called how to Survive the Medical Misinformation Mess. And he makes the point that 20 to 50% of all healthcare activity in the United States brings no benefit to the patient, is wasteful or harmful. That's quite extraordinary. Why? Again, he reiterates the fact that most published research is unreliable, offers no benefit to patients, and is not useful to decision makers. But why does this persist? Because most doctors don't know that medical knowledge is under commercial control, but most doctors and healthcare professionals are unaware of it. And then they lack the skills to be able to understand and critically appraise the reliability of medical evidence. And last but not least, most importantly, patients and families then get inaccurate medical information and therefore cannot make decisions that are going to be important for their health outcomes.

Now there's something really important for people to understand. And I spoke in 2018 in the European Parliament, invited at that point by MEP Nathan Gill. And I made a few very important statements that everybody needs to acknowledge. The pharmaceutical industry have a legal responsibility to provide profit for their shareholders. They do not have a legal requirement to give us the best treatment, even though most of us would like or presume that to be the case. But the real scandals are those who have a responsibility to integrity and patient care. Doctors, academic institutions and medical journals. Regulators collude with industry for financial gain. And in 2018 I said the situation has become so dire that honest doctors can no longer practice honest medicine. This is pre pandemic. At the end of 2022 and a lot of you may know my story anyway, I published a paper in the Journal of Insurance as peer reviewed still stands up to scrutiny and I basically called for a moratorium on the COVID MRNA vaccines. And I won't bore you with lots of data. I'm going to give you just one particular study that's most important for you to realize. But the reason I bring this up is after I published this paper, the only broadcast media at the time that was willing to talk about it and get me on and report on it as a new story was GB News. So thank you, GB News, by the way, for standing up for free speech.

And as soon as I walked out of the studio, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Robert Kennedy Jr. And he said, Dr. Malhotra, I want to thank you for your courage. And that's how our relationship, our friendship, our working relationship started. And he listened to me and I basically essentially gave the whole root cause analysis of the healthcare crisis and exactly why we should pull the COVID MRNA vaccine. So let's get onto that briefly now we talk about levels of evidence, but in the highest quality level of evidence and real world data, what patients need to understand is what benefit is a drug or intervention going to give them and what are the absolute harms. And I'm citing here, by the way, what's interesting, the UK and all credit to the UK for this is the only country in the world now it's not been well publicized that has been transparent. The UK to HSA with the benefits of the COVID vaccine at the beginning of 2023 it might be difficult to read, but I'm just going to explain it to you.

At the beginning of 2023, if you were over 70, you had to vaccinate 2,500 people to prevent one hospitalization with COVID as soon as you get into the under 50s age group, you're talking about hundreds of thousands. That was the beginning of 2023. Right? Now, the latest data, even for the highest risk if you're over 90, is you have to vaccinate 7,000 people over the age of 90 to prevent one of them having a hospitalization with severe Covid. Now, if this wasn't such a serious issue, this would be laughable. We're having debates and discussions prior to this about statins, about people not being told that if you're at low risk of a heart attack, you'll benefit of a statin as best as 1%. That is where the debates happen. This is thousands of people, right? Okay. If there was no harm, you can make the case. Let's give it to everybody and we'll save some lives. But unfortunately, nothing could be further from the truth. A reanalysis of Pfizer and Moderna's trials, published in the journal Vaccine by some of the most eminent independent of industry influence scientists in the world, including the associate editor of the BMJ, Peter Doshi, revealed that from the very beginning, the rate of harm from the original trials of Pfizer Moderna reanalyzed. You were two to four times more likely to suffer serious harm from taking the COVID vaccine than you were to be hostileized with COVID. Think about that for a second. What does that mean? It is highly likely not a single person should have been injected with this.

What is more better described as a gene therapy than as a vaccine. Now, this isn't the only bit of data. Lots of data has emerged since then. And as you've probably heard a few weeks ago, Robert Kennedy Jr. And I've been in constant communication with him, has ended in $500 million worth of investments in the MRNA technology for vaccines, which is a great achievement, I think, for him to do that.

His chief medical officer, Steven Hatfill, okay, told Steve Bannon he was involved in this. He called it a mega analysis of all the data, hundreds of studies, peer review studies showing the harms of the MRNA vaccine. And he said the side effects of this gene therapy was so enormous and progressive, it was difficult to fathom. The millions of molecules of MRNA entering the cell is creating biochemical havoc. It's disrupting protein metabolism, it's interfering with tumor suppressor genes. It had to be stopped interfering with tumor suppressor genes. In other words, it may be a risk factor for cancer. And I've been asked today to share this isn't just his opinion, many other doctors feel the same way. But one of Britain's most eminent oncologists, Professor (Dalgleish), said to me to share with you today, that he thinks it's highly likely that the COVID vaccines have been a factor, a significant factor in the cancer of members of the royal family.

What I'm telling you today is nobody is immune to medical misinformation because of this corrupted system. So let me explain. How did we get here and why have we got here? In public health, we talk about something called the commercial determinants of health. Strategies and approaches adopted by the private sector to promote products and choices that are detrimental to health. Okay, how do big corporations exert their power to influence us the way we think, what we choose to buy, what drug we take? They do it through several mechanisms. They do it through influence of the political environment by lobbying politicians.

In 2012, when we launched Action on Sugar, I remember having a meeting with Jeremy Hunt and the Daily Mail at that stage had a front page story revealing that ministers in the Conservative government at the time have had 99 meetings with representatives of the food industry to discuss health policy on food and zero meetings with independent scientists. Okay? So the information politicians getting in, politicians from all parties, and I speak to them privately. A lot of them come to me for health advice. They genuinely don't realize that they are being manipulated for commercial influence. They have the ability to define the narrative through capture of the media. When I was helping to help to overturn mandates for health care workers for vaccines, I spoke to the chairman of the British Medical association and in December 2021, and I told him what was going on. He said, Aseem, nobody appears to have critically appraised the evidence as well as you have. In terms of his colleagues in health policy and senior people, he said, most of my colleagues are getting their information on the COVID vaccine from the BBC. Think about that. The power of the media to shape the way we think. Right. And who is ultimately controlling that narrative.

Of course, there is also funding of medical education, funding of medical research that influences the bias. And then you've got other tactics, extralegal tactics that they use to try and suppress or censor information getting out, character assassinations of people, whistleblowers, people trying to expose this problem. I find my fair share, in fact, in the I-newspaper today. The fact I'm speaking here today, they got Stephen Kinnock, who I've never met, and they've probably, you know, not even told him exactly what I'm going to say. But They've basically done a story and told him to say that on stage today at the Reform Party conference is a, in quotes, anti vax conspiracy theorists. Have you heard anything anti vax or conspiracy theory so far here? No. These are cold hard facts. This is how business is done. The general population don't know what's happening and they don't even know that. They don't know now what. Let's get to the diagnosis here. I'm a diagnostician, as a doctor. One thing doctors do very well is making a diagnosis.

What's the root cause of the problem? Over the last few decades, almost all the top 10 drug companies have been found guilty of fraud totaling billions of dollars in fines for illegal marketing of drugs, hiding data on harms, manipulation of results. One of the most egregious acts was committed by Merck, who in 2011 were fined almost $1 billion for the way that they pushed and marketed their drug Vioxx, which was an anti inflammatory drug. And in the litigation process, John Abramson from Harvard, who you can see in the picture speaking to Joe Rogan, there was documents released that the senior scientists of Merck when the drug was being rolled out, which by the way was found to cause increased cardiovascular risk by two to four fold, responsible for the deaths of at least 60,000 Americans. In the original litigation when the drug was being rolled out, there was an internal email by the executives sent to the executives of Merck which said, "It's unfortunate about the cardiovascular risk of this drug, but we will do well and the drug will do well" What kind of behavior would you describe that as? Criminal? Yes. Psychopathic actually. And that's not being inflammatory. The person that came up with the original definition of psychopath, Robert Hare, forensic psychologist in the book, the corporation actually says that big corporations as entities, okay, the way they conduct business actually fulfills the criteria for psychopathy. Callous, unconcerned for the safety of others, incapacity to experience guilt, repeated lying and conning others for profit. Does that sound familiar right now?

Pfizer, when almost certainly in the summer of 2021, everybody knew that. COVID19 we can argue the toss about whether it's preventing serious illness and death, and you've already seen figures on that. But we knew that it wasn't stopping infection or transmission. What did they do behind the scenes? They're the ones that pushed the mandates. They funded grassroots organizations, medical organizations in the United States to push that mandates are necessary and they've made $100 billion in profit.

John Ioannidis also says when it comes to medicine, from his own analysis, the greater the financial interest in a given field, the, the less likely the research findings are to be true. And we're talking about one of the most lucrative products in the history of medicine, which is unsafe and defective and in my view will turn out to be one of the greatest medical mistakes. And in fact the mistake is one thing, but the COVID up and suppression of this information is criminal and people need to understand and treat it that way.

So how can we solve, Listen, how do we make Britain healthy again? I was involved in looking at all of this and it's very difficult sometimes to sort out the wheat from the chaff. But essentially with the medical oral colleges, I campaigned with them to try and improve informed consent with patients and push a lifestyle message. And we calculated and I published this with one of the chairs of Medical Royal Colleges, Sue Bailey, in 2018, basically saying that if informed consent was to properly take place, patients choose worse treatments, we improve lifestyle, we could save the NHS billions and improve quality of care simultaneously. That's without putting more money into the NHS. And it was reported on in the Daily Express and the Daily Mail about a patient that basically was a heart attack patient of mine who essentially changed his lifestyle, had fully informed consent, came off all his pills and 10 years later he's breaking his own records at the age of 60 plus in ultramarathons.

That's the potential of what can be achieved just through transparency and informed consent. Okay, I have to wrap up, I'm just going to finish up. Give me a few more seconds, a minute or so. So what do we do about this? I think it's time to just say no to all new drugs that are being proved, unless they are independently evaluated. Everybody just needs to say no. Over the last few years, it is very clear with the evidence that the drug industry are responsible for probably killing millions of people. And the COVID vaccine. If 1 in 800 is a figure of serious harm and you translate across the word from the best quality of evidence, then it means the COVID MRNA jabs have likely killed or seriously harmed millions of people across the world. So from now on, drug companies can develop drugs, but they should no longer be allowed to test them themselves.

Our regulator MHRA takes 86% of its funding from Big Pharma. How is that acceptable from these psychopathic entities? Right, that is not acceptable. There needs to be independent funding of the regulator. Now, one of the ways that we can fight back, one of the front groups if you like, unfortunately, of this message has been the World Health Organization that is being captured. That is being captured by Bill Gates, who is largest funder now Bill Gates, who made half a billion dollars in investments in the COVID vaccines. Until the World Health Organization become independent, they should be reformed and they should be replaced. And we cannot part blanche take their advice and act on their advice anymore.

And if there's one person in this country who is speaking up for truth, for honesty, for integrity, who can disrupt the system and that's Nigel Farage. And we need to get him into number 10. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the importance of the P53 gene, picture p53 as your body’s ultimate security guard, constantly scanning your DNA for any glitches caused by things like ultra processed food, forever-chemicals, or even everyday stress. When it spots damage, p53 doesn't mess around—it either calls in repairs to fix the broken DNA or hits the kill switch on those faulty cells, forcing them to self-destruct before they can multiply into a tumour. Without p53 doing its job, cells gone bad just keep dividing, leading to cancer. That's why it's called the "Guardian of the Genome"—it's our first line of defense against the big C.

Dr. El-Deiry jumped into this mystery back in 1991, as he shared in the podcast: "So P53 is a major so called tumor suppressor gene that we all have. I may be a little bit biased, but I think it's the most important tumor suppressor gene. And the published literature has well over 100,000 papers published on P53." His work peeled back the layers on how p53 works, making it the rock star of cancer research.

El-Deiry's breakthroughs were game-changers. In 1992, he pinpointed p53's DNA-binding site, basically figuring out how this guardian latches onto DNA to flip the switches on protective genes. Then, in 1993, he discovered p21 as p53's key partner, a gene that slams the brakes on cell division when things go wrong. He used clever tools like reporter genes—think of them as glowing tags, that light up when p53 activates its targets—to prove these connections in the lab.

But here's where it gets alarming: cancer isn't just creeping up on the elderly anymore—it's hitting younger folks hard. For example a recent paper from JAMA which is just published this month (August 4, 2025) found that Colorectal Cancer incidence in adults aged 45-49 grew steadily at 1% annually.

However, from 2019 to 2022, this surged to a 12% annual increase, with rates climbing from 9.4 per 100,000 in 2019 to 11.7 in 2021 (a 25% relative increase) and 17.5 in 2022 (a 50% jump from 2021!).

Let’s summarize this for emphasis:

In 2019: 9.4 cases per 100,000
In 2021: 11.7 per 100,000 (25% increase from 2019)
In 2022: 17.5 per 100,000 (50% increase from 2021)

The paper claims earlier detection of colorectal cancer likely boosted the incidence, but if you think a near-doubling of cases from 9.4 to 17.5 per 100,000 in just three years (2019 to 2022), right after the mass genetic therapy rollout, is solely due to earlier screening, you’d need to get your head checked.

Dr. El-Deiry also dives into his latest paper linking the spike protein—from both COVID-19 infection and the mRNA vaccines—to p53 suppression. As he explained, his team got hands-on: "You know, we buy reagents and express the spike in human cells and look at the effects on P53. And we had the expertise to interrogate those effects on P53. So eventually we got around experiments. The results suggested that if you express the spike protein in human cells and we use human tumor cells because they grow easily in the lab, and we could do these experiments and some human tumor cells still have wild type P53, which means it's not mutated. And we were able to demonstrate that the spike attenuates the activity of P53."

In plain terms, when spike protein enters cells, it weakens p53's ability to rally its cancer-fighting genes, especially when stressed by things like chemo. "So the data shows in a setting where that spike protein gets into a cell, if that cell is triggered to activate the p53 response, for example, by chemotherapy. And we did those experiments, when the spike is expressed, the ability of P53 to activate those genes that we've discovered decades ago was reduced," he added.

This isn't just lab talk—it could explain the weird cancer spikes we're seeing post-COVID era. El-Deiry views p53 as our body's watchdog for health: "Because I look at P53 as controlling a host response that keeps us healthy, keeps us from developing cancer. And here, when we express the spike protein, whether it's coming from infection or a vaccine, it seemed to interact with the function of P53 and attenuate it."

He brings up the mRNA vaccines' Nobel Prize-winning trick with pseudouridine, which makes the RNA super stable: "We've read reports about the spike protein traveling and disseminating. I mean one of the interesting things with the mRNA vaccines, I mean it won the Nobel Prize. You know, normally RNA, if you breathe on it, it degrades and goes away. The Nobel prize winning discovery was if you substitute pseudouridine in the RNA it becomes stable."

Remember the time when governments around the world said mRNA quickly degrades? Good times! This is why we call it modRNA instead of mRNA.

But as NIH Director Dr. Jay Bhattacharya noted, and El-Deiry echoed, "when you inject this mRNA vaccine in humans, we don't really control the dose of the product that the injection makes. We don't control the biodistribution or ultimately what happens within the human body."

El-Deiry doesn't stop at theory—he points to real-world red flags. "I mean, I was impressed by some reports that showed growth of sarcomas in the arm," he said, with Dana Parish chiming in about knowing a young woman who experienced that. "Yeah, I mean, how does that happen? I mean, you're injecting there, and please explain how that happens. And I think the blood circulates, the immune cells circulate where injections are given. And so, you know, some lymphomas occurred, but these are anecdotes and sort of in some people's mind, these are the lowest levels of evidence. But you got to start somewhere."

He's calling for solid data: "I want to see some good data. Why can't we get some good data, good epidemiologic data, and good studies in these specific cases? You know, what's happening to spike if the patients don't make it? I would urge people to think about doing those autopsies to help mankind."

What about DNA Plasmid Contaminations, SV40, IgG4 shifts?

The plot thickens with other cancer-causing suspects like DNA Plasmid Contaminations, and Dr. El-Deiry’s not dismissing them. Dana Parish raised plasmid DNA contamination, spike persistence, immune shifts like IgG4, SV40, and lipid nanoparticles. His take? “I keep an open mind. I think the mechanisms are plausible… People have been pretty dismissive of the DNA fragments, the potential persistence of plasmid DNA that could replicate and get into the genome.” He’s blunt: “We have the tools to get at the truth. We have the tools to look at these things and have evidence speak for itself.” He points to gene therapy’s history, where DNA integration can flip on oncogenes and spark cancer: “Integration events in the human genome are well known… you can get cancer. This is known with gene therapy that has decades of knowledge and experience.” On lipid nanoparticles, which deliver mRNA, he scoffs at the naysayers: “People say well you know, these fragments or these plans, they don’t get into the cells, they don’t get into the nucleus, whatever. I mean the lipid nanoparticles take them there.”

Speaking out has painted a target on his back. El-Deiry revealed a barrage of attacks since his spike paper dropped: "I think some of them are not scientists and for the most part I don't think they are truly my peers, regardless of what they say. And they're definitely concerted attacks. I mean, I started noticing these attacks escalating in July of last year to a point where, you know, PubPeer was just targeting my papers going back to the, to the mid-1990s."

For those of you unfamiliar with PubPeer, think of it as a website where scientists and others can discuss and review research papers after they’re published. It’s like a public comment section for science articles. Anyone can point out mistakes, ask questions, or share thoughts about a study, helping to check if the research holds up or needs fixing. It’s like a community watchdog for science, making sure published work is transparent and can be trusted.

Dr. Wafik el-Deiry urges Homeland Security and FBI to investigate these Pharma trolls

Dana Parish asked if it tied to his spike research, and he confirmed the timing: "I became a target. You know, it's circumstantial, but it is in that time frame." The pettiness is staggering—one "concern" was a typo in a supplementary table, misspelling "intubation" as "incubation." "That triggered a whole concern about that. Now anybody who reads the paper with who, who is reasonable and not out to pylon concerns would recognize that's a typographical error," he said.

“Our work is very well known in the field and I will stand by everything we’ve ever published,” El-Deiry asserts, decrying the attackers: “They’re largely not our peers… There’s this entity out there called Science Guardians that is slowly exposing them because there’s a small group of people who work together and they use aliases… and fake accounts.” He laments the toll: “I would like to spend my time doing good to help patients and mankind. And what this has done is waste my time… It’s damage… for other hard working scientists who are innocent.” He urges action: “I think our government, I think Homeland Security, the FBI… need to do something about it.”

While Dr. El-Deiry fights for truth, governments worldwide deserve a swift kick for sitting on their hands. Health honchos like Australia’s TGA peddled the “mRNA degrades fast” lie, only to be schooled by modRNA’s pseudouridine stability—now linked to p53 sabotage and cancer spikes. Yet, governments move at sloth-speed, dodging autopsies and data like it’s their job. Colorectal cancer nearly doubling in three years post-vax rollout? Sarcomas popping up at injection sites? Eleven labs confirming DNA fragments in shots? The public’s not buying the “safe and effective” hogwash anymore. El-Deiry’s call for hard evidence—“We have the tools to get at the truth!”—is a slap in the face to bureaucrats burying their heads. This isn’t just a scandal; it’s a betrayal. Time’s up—fund the vaccine harm studies, probe the cover-ups, or watch the narrative’s toast as the cancer and excess deaths crisis buries you.

In it, Professor Jiang points to COVID as a prime example of how elites have eroded trust. He says: "Then you had Covid, right? Covid, where the government, the elite, locked down the entire nation. Kids could not go to school, the poor could not go to work and make a living. And there was absolutely no evidence that Covid was actually dangerous. Okay? Then the government made everyone take an experimental vaccine." Boom. He's echoing what many of us skeptics have been screaming since 2020. No long-term studies, rushed under Operation Warp Speed, and pushed with mandates that trampled freedoms. And now? We're seeing the fallout—spiking excess deaths, myocarditis in young people, and a laundry list of side effects that Big Pharma and governments still downplay.

But let's unpack why this hits so hard—and why we need to condemn the hell out of these elites.

First off, Professor Jiang isn't coming from inside Big Pharma like I did, but his outsider perspective as a historian cuts through the BS. He's spotting patterns: wars in Afghanistan and Iraq fought for no good reason, the 2008 financial crisis where banks stole from the poor and got bailed out, and now COVID. Each time, elites in power knew what they were doing—they cared about control and profits, not people. In the case of the vaccines, it's the same playbook. Governments colluded with pharma giants to roll out these experimental mRNA shots, hyping them as "safe and effective" while burying dissent. I want to chat about a recent story that's been making waves, one that hits close to home for me. It's James O'Keefe's latest undercover video exposing a "Johnson & Johnson Lead Scientist" spilling the beans on the COVID vaccine.

Let me back up and set the scene. James O'Keefe, through his O'Keefe Media Group, dropped a bombshell video yesterday (or at least, it felt like a bombshell at first glance). In it, they catch Joshua Rys—a guy titled as a “Lead Regulatory Scientist” at J&J—on hidden camera admitting some pretty damning stuff. He talks about the "lack of research" on the vaccines, how it was all rushed under Operation Warp Speed, and flat-out says there was "no proof" they were safe or effective. "People wanted it, we gave it to them," he quips, even throwing in a chilling line about cancer patients dying anyway. O'Keefe confronts him later, and the guy looks like a deer in headlights. It's classic O'Keefe style: undercover stings, dramatic reveals, and a call to action for more tips. I get why it went viral—over 7,000 likes and hundreds of thousands of views in no time. We've all been burned by the pandemic narrative, and anything that pokes holes in Big Pharma's armor feels like justice.

Except this isn't the slam-dunk exposé it looks like on the surface. Let me unpack why.

Joshua isn't some high-level vaccine architect spilling secrets from the lab. He's from J&J's Consumer division. There are three distinct divisions in J&J:

1. JnJ Consumer - which sells things like baby powders, milk powders, lotions, skincare products, Listerine mouthwashes… things that you get over the counter in the grocery shop or supermarket.

2. JnJ Medical - which is technically Medical Devices (I don’t know why they call it Medical instead of Medical Devices) - these are hardware like heart stents, surgery equipment, and so on (which I couldn’t name a single product).

3. JnJ Pharma - which is also called Janssen. This is the Pharma Division of JnJ.

The three divisions of JnJ are distinct entities, each with its own Profit and Loss statement. The real vaccine action? That's all under Janssen, J&J's Pharma division, where I used to work. Janssen is like its own fortress within the empire: they handle the heavy hitters like the COVID vaccine, Remicade, Esketamine(spravato), invega, and all the blockbuster drugs. With over 200,000 employees (pushing 300,000 at peak, including contractors), J&J is a massive conglomerate, and the people from these divisions barely talk to each other. They are located in different buildings and sometimes in different cities altogether. Yes, there are “shared services” like IT and Finance, but even within those, they have Janssen IT, which doesn’t talk with Consumer IT.

Many years ago, JnJ tried to consolidate the business as one entity and it failed spectacularly. The had the proof of concept in South East Asia which is why the JnJ organization in South East Asia is called “One JnJ”.

Anyway, Joshua Rhys, the guy who was supposedly caught on camera, is someone from JnJ Consumer Health. His real title is Regulatory Affairs Associate Manager, not Lead Regulatory Scientist. That’s some dirty editing from O’Keefe media. Joshua doesn’t even work in the lab. Regulatory affairs are basically folks who coordinate with governments to get product approvals, so Joshua’s work has to do with getting approvals for milk powders to be on your local grocery shop (I don’t know the specifics, but it’s close enough).

The folks who released the harmful COVID vaccines work in Janssen, a separate division altogether. Not only that, Joshua is an associate manager, which is just above an entry-level position - in JnJ, it’s a Grade 16 or Grade 17 job (entry-level graduates come in at 15, 16, or 17). So this guy, Joshua, is at least 4 or 5 job grades below the people who released the vaccines in a separate division (VPs in another division)!

On top of that, if you think about it, 5 years ago when the vaccines were released, this guy probably just graduated and went into an entry-level Regulatory job in JnJ.

Let me share with you more about the internal politics of JnJ. In JnJ, the Consumer Division is seen as the lowest division where nobody wants to go. That’s because the consumer business has really low profit margins. The Pharma division (Janssen) has the highest profit margins. Most people try to move from Consumer to Medical Devices or Pharma; it is seldom the other way around because Pharma typically gets 100% or more bonuses all the time since they always hit sales targets. Also, Pharma contributes to more than 50% of the top-line revenue, while Consumer and Medical each share about 25% (roughly!).

The Pharma Division (Janssen) is like an exclusive club in JnJ. This is why my name card and my office sweater have Janssen in big, wide letters and JnJ in small letters. They typically want to separate themselves from the rest of JnJ.

The sad thing about this whole revelation is that Joshua is probably an anti-vaxxer who really hates the COVID vaccines, (maybe even envious or hates the Janssen division). This is why he is so willing to tell a total stranger (like what James O’Keefe said) about the reality of the COVID vaccines. But the truth is, he is not a lab scientist, and I reckon he couldn’t differentiate between an mRNA and an adenovirus vector vaccine (that JnJ had). He is probably just echoing what many people now know about the harms of the COVID vaccines.

So, we just destroyed someone’s life and career for some clickbait story. Don’t get me wrong; some years ago, James O’Keefe broke a story about Pfizer’s Director. Many “pharma” commentators were saying back then that it wasn’t a true story, but I told you it was the truth because if you work deep in the industry, you tend to have a clearer picture of what’s real and what’s not.

Anyway, from a spiritual point of view, this happens to be something I wrote about recently. We should not drink waters from the Rivers of Shinar. It only causes dissension, anger, and confusion.

10 years from the vaccine’s launch to figure out if it’s torching people’s hearts? Are you kidding me?

Let’s put this in perspective. Operation Warp Speed—the big, flashy U.S. government push—had vaccines developed, tested, and rolled out in under a year. Pfizer’s “safe and effective” trial for the jab was done and dusted by late 2020, with emergency approval by December(with 44,000+ participants no less!). Less than 12 months, and they were slapping it into arms worldwide, telling us it was all good. So why, oh why, do they need 10 years—from 2021 to 2030—to tell us if this thing is causing myocarditis, a nasty heart inflammation that’s been popping up in young blokes especially? And this study only enrolled 300 participants!!

It’s like they sprinted to get the jab out, then decided to crawl when it came to checking the damage. Something stinks here, and I’m not buying the excuses.

I reckon Pfizer’s dragging this out because by 2030, the bigwigs like Bourla and his mates will be retired, living it up in some cushy, lawsuit-proof hidey-hole. With only 300 participants in this study, it’s a tiny sample to stretch over such a long haul—sounds more like a cover-up than a proper investigation. I’m gobsmacked that they can push a product on millions, rake in billions, and then say, “Oh, we’ll get back to you in nearly a decade on whether it’s wrecking hearts.” Fair dinkum, it’s a slap in the face to everyone who trusted them!

Let’s dig into some real data, because I’m not just ranting for the sake of it. There’s a massive study out of Israel by Tuvali et al. (which was already out in 2022!) with 196,000 cases and 590,000 controls. They found no excess rate of ICD-10-coded myocarditis in unvaccinated folks who had natural COVID infections. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Yet, we’re supposed to believe the vaccine’s the safe bet?

What about this Oxford preprint that looked at over 800k kids in England who got the Pfizer jab. They found a higher incidence of myocarditis and pericarditis linked to the vaccine, especially in boys, with rates jumping after the second dose (up to 27 cases per million doses). Healthy kids getting heart trouble? That’s a bloody wake-up call!

Why the Long Delay?

So, why the ten-year wait with only 300 participants?? If they could smash out a vaccine trial in under a year, why can’t they nail down myocarditis risks faster? My guess—and it’s not a pretty one—is that they’re stalling. Maybe the data’s not looking good, and they’re hoping people forget, move on, or worse, that the statute of limitations kicks in. With only 300 participants, this study’s a joke compared to the millions who’ve had the jab. It’s like testing a new car model on three drivers and calling it road-ready. I reckon they’re buying time to protect their profits and their necks.

What Can We Do?

This myocarditis study delay is a gut punch to anyone who’s been skeptical from the start. So, let’s not just sit here fuming—let’s take action! I reckon it’s time to fire off an email to some big names who might have a say or at least some answers. How about writing to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (U.S. Health Secretary), Dr. Jay Bhattacharya (NIH Director), and Marty Makary (FDA Commissioner)? Ask them straight up: Why did they let this happen? And while you’re at it, push for them to identify the middle-management bureaucrats who greenlit this extension. Otherwise, all the talk of “radical transparency” will ring hollow. Are these folks just going to slink off to Pfizer for a nice cushy job? We deserve to know!

If this holds true for humans, we’re talking early menopause and infertility on a massive scale. Hatfill is working with Advanced Biological Research Group to dig deeper, and the numbers could be devastating. Pregnant women? The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology took $11 million and declared the vaccines safe—while ignoring miscarriages. “They didn’t count the miscarriages, did they?” Hatfill asks. The trimester you get jabbed in changes the effects, but they didn’t care.

The culprits: Fauci, Peter Marks, Janet Woodcock, and editors of the New England Journal of Medicine and The Lancet. A “handful of federal bureaucrats” who did the wrong thing.
